Sammy is my favorite part of Starbucks in Alvin! Not only does he always get my order correct, he's always such a sweetheart! He has so much joy it makes me smile every time I come!
Girl was rude over the drive thru today didn't even get a sleve for my drink and besically just almost tossed my drink at me and shut the drive thru door in my face before I could say anything else. I've been in alvin 1 month and this town is on something.\\nAll signs point to fort Lauderdale by a day to remember never made the most sense till now...
This location is always good. I recommend it.

Wasn’t able to make it to Starbucks on my birthday to redeem my free birthday drink. I went the day after and the I told the girl at the window I wasn’t able to use it and asked if she could still honor it. She told me that she couldn’t and there was no button for that. However, after speaking to my friend who is a barista at another Starbucks, she told me that she could’ve/should’ve still honored it. The girl literally acted like it was coming out of her paycheck. Goes to show how much they really appreciate their customers. Maybe work on customer service. I work in the retail business, we’re told to still honor coupons even if it’s a few days expired.
Started my day off in a bad mood picking up some drinks for family (spilled all over my truck turned on hwy 6). Went back to get the drink remade and they immediately remade after telling them what happened free of charge and even gave me a rag so I could clean up the mess in my truck. Turned my day around. Special thanks to the staff at this location.

Went to this location on yesterday (9-28-21) and got the best specialty drink EVER! I was uncertain as to what I wanted, so I told the barista to just give me something with white chocolate, caramel and possibly cinnamon ;).. Oh my, this young lady did the THANG! WHEW! I will back and hopefully Taylor with cute blue eyes will be working and fixes my surprise drink ;)..
