I've never had a problem, until Memorial Day. I'd ordered a batter cake shake, but when I got to the window the lady tried to give me a chocolate version of the shake, I told her that's not what I ordered, she kept insisting I did, I refused it, so she yanked the shake from my had, I told her u don't have to get upset, just give me what i ordered.I will be speaking to Management today!
One and only time I will ever come here. I came and ordered a breakfast burrito. I can not believe they call this a burrito. It was clearly a taco. I don't know the management at this Sonic but they need to see what is coming out this establishment. You would think it would be identical to every other Sonic but clearly not. Don't waste your time or money.
Doordasher here, beware. There is a very rude blonde lady, not sure of age since they look older, but sound young. I got yelled at for coming up to the door, since there is no sign explaining where to pick the order up. Then after waiting out side about 5 mins, I had to ask another worker where to get food, which I was finally told they'd bring it out.
Their drinks and food was very good. Waitress very nice.
Chocolate Vanilla Coke is my favorite!! Have been going to this sonic for a long time, would take my kids here after school, and now my grand daughter!

Just had the worst experience I've ever had at a sonic to date food was cold drinks were wrong and just take a look at what they are calling a large chili cheese tots... the carhop was rude the manager had very little concerns with the situation. End result I was refunded and just incase you haven't done it in a while give Jack In the box a try!
The worst Burger I ever had the lettuce was rotting oh my burger just a looks of it made me sick
Last visit the food was horrible. Tater tots with cheese were under cooked, half raw and barely any cheese. Usually they are good. They were very, very busy that day. But still no excuse for not cooking food properly.
The taste I remember. Best chili, cheese coney in town.
