Order my pizza on line ..I left cause got an email saying it's ready ..I live 5 minutes away..I get there and she tells me o we have to wait 5 minutes..ok then goes makes pizza ..comes back turns around and gives my pizza that was sitting there all along .soo I get a cold pizza for dinner or wait another 20 minutes for a new one .so disappointing ?
Commercials and pics are WAY better than the burnt pizza I paid for! Won't be going back again for a very long time :(I understand prices going up, would appreciate getting decent product I'm paying for...No photo threw it out...didn't need a reminder of this.
Pizza is horrible and getting worse by the order they consistently get orders incorrect. Has not been good in at least 5 years, drivers regularly drive well over the limit in our residential area. Complaints rarely get you anything but a free pizza that isn't worth eating, unfortunately they are the only ones that deliver in our area. From now on I'll just make the drive into town both other options are better.
Their computer was down so they couldn't take my order... even though I had cash. Let me repeat, they could not physically make a pizza and accept cash because their Internet was down. Not sure what the Internet has to do with making a pizza, but whatever. It was a one star rating for a one star experience.
Generally eat at Domino's, but tried something different. It was as advertised, hot, fresh and on time
I wished I had caught the name of the lady that helped me. She was so patient and helped me figure out how to use my coupon and how to work the card machine. And the pizzas were so tasty. Really good experience as I don't pick up pizza very often.
Always awesome! And there the only pizza place that delivers to me so I guess it's a good thing that I like papa John's the best.
The pizza was greatWhen picking up the pizza the employee's hands still were covered in flour. He didn't wash his hands before handling money.

Alvin pizza standard: leave the dough in the lobby for 5 days so it tastes like beer and looks like the Ghostbuster marshmallow man. I also hate that I am biased and expect the pizza to be Houston Pizza Venture quality. I ruined myself by working for HPV and being criticized for anything less than an 8. You can't screw up a thin crust, but someone didn't cut mine all the way through. I've had worse but I've been spoiled with better.
