It was a nice little place to eat. The beer was good and cold. It does have an out door sitting area.
Great patio -- even when it's hot there is a huge shade tree and breeze. This is our new go-to place when we stay the night in Alvin before heading to Galveston for cruising.

Carne Asada and Monterey dinner. Both were fresh and hot! Good flavor and good portion for the price. 2 people with Cokes about $42. Service was good.
This place committed fraud. I went on Monday night to buy green sauce and it came with a small bag of chips. The total was $4.xx. I did not leave a tip because it was just green sauce. This morning there is a posted transaction on my bank account for $9.28. They gave themselves a $5 tip without my permission. That is illegal. I am calling the police.
Just say no to their Mexican food. Order a drink, maybe an appetizer. It's bar food. The Mexican selections are reminiscent of a frozen dinner. At one time, the burger was really good. A margarita and a burger kept our patronage. My last burger was saw dust dry. Even, the jalapeño bun, which I love, was stale. Not sure what happened... our server was inattentive, our food sad. We won't return.
Slow service ask for chips sitting in front of all the servers only 3 people really working it properly be quicker if we set out side where the only server really severing people at place be better if they up date the inside from 1995 seating wise poor service even waited door for 10 min before seated and it wasn't busy
