Swear to god the last three or more times I’ve been jipped out of a good experience. Ordering specific ingredients not be added is a simple-ish process, but to read an order, make the buns and the burger, and then slap the “Order 1476, no pickle, no mustard” sticker on each of my three burgers, incorrectly made, it’s bull! I’m actually additionally annoyed because I go to McDonald’s for lunch now and then when I’m dirt poor. It’s just fuel to the fire.:(
Terrible! I showed up 10 minutes before closing, wasting away because I had not eaten all day, and the employees just completely ignored me, and the line of people that showed up behind me. They could have at least courteously told us they were closed or something! I even submitted an order on my phone, and one of the employees purposely ran and shut down the register right in front of me, so he wouldn't have to make my order. He ran to and from so as not to have to acknowledge my existence.
This is just sad. Come on and do better.
Went there tonight January 28 2022 and my order was cold and they gave the wrong drink. What I don't get is they asked me to pull up so nothing should of been cold . It sucks because this is the only McDonald's in town. Guesstime to switch to a different hamburger joint.
Nothing against the people at this location at all but this was incredibly hazardous! A large bone found in a chicken nugget from my 3 year old daughter’s happy meal! It’s just lucky her dad bit into it and she didn’t or this post may have been about an emergency room visit. Major hazard! Please watch your kids meals!
Alvin is always challenging for us to pass through because of all the oil refineries and we all have allergies. But this McDonald's is an oasis. Sometimes my mom is rude because she's cranky but they handle it like champs with flair and kindness. Some of the most honest heartfelt drive-thru technicians you'll ever hear from.
What can you really expect out of McDonalds? It's a fast food restaurant. Definitely not healthy choices with food. Every time I been there the food has been good and hot. My complaint or my issue is on multiple occasions within the last couple months I've paid cash through drive thru and have been short changed on change on multiple occasions. Examples change was $0.75 and I got back $0.55 instead; and change was .85 I got .60 back. I take partial blame for not double checking my change to make sure I'm getting the proper change back, but I feel I shouldn't have to check if you are working the cash register.
Typically good customer service and fast drive through times, however their icecream machine cleaning times always manage to happen when I go. (Yes I'm aware their machine has its own set cycle to clean) it just seems so frequent)
It is McDonald's fast food consistent. It's getting pricey for assembly line food. I did like the fish sandwich until the price jump.
The food was not hot and fresh but it wasn't cold so it's OK. Except half of the fries were cooked right while the other half was either over or under cooked. Definitely could've had amore friendly staff. I went inside to order by the way and not at the busiest time either. I like Mc Donalds in general so either way I wouldn't have changed where I went. I would have gone to WtrBrgr but I like the nuggets from McDee's.
