TBH, we live near the restaurant. We drive further to other Mexican restaurants. We love gooey, melty cheese enchiladas, that aren't greasy. Homemade tortillas and OMG refried beans are a must for us - it is meh at Las Flores. Rice and tamales are pretty good. Crispy tacos can be tasty, or they arrive cool and greasy. They struggle with consistency. Their best dish was a beef fajita nacho. The last two visits - fajita nachos arrived with tough meat / less smoky flavor. Price increase is understandable. Las Flores isn't always terrible. When they are having an "off day" it is unappetizing. There are times when staffing is an issue. That reflects in slowly bussed tables, etc. Once again, forgivable in a place that has incredible food. I really want them to do well, correct the issues, and regain our trust.
Placed a pick up order online, paid online, stood at the front for 10 minutes. Everyone working there stared at me but no one came to the front to give me my order, eventually I walked behind the counter and got my order myself. Will not return and do not recommend. Very rude and no service provided.
For the most part the food was good and plenty of it. Made two meals out of it. But I didn't care for the refried beans.
Food is very good but flour tortillas are packaged. Would definitely give 5 stars if they served homemade flour tortillas.
First time trying and yes read the reviews so was excited. I got a delivery just not mine. Nothing fixed yes charge will be disputed in the morning. I am all for mistakes happen but atleast try to fix the mistake.
Short staffed and poor service tonight. They always used to have great, fast and attentive service.
The Pollo Veracruz is amazing! Beans creamy and drinks good. If you want a fresh plate that hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp all day this is the place to go!!Fun and family oriented restaurant. Staff treated us like family
Always a great dinner and a pleasurable staff , we have gone there for many years and never has it ever disappointed , The bacon wrapped shrimp is the very best we have ever had anywhere , and the staff is a pleasure , thank you for always having a good meal at a good price , in this uncertain times many places have lowered the quality and raised the cost or the meal size , you have remained the same quality at a fair price. They are my go to for cheese enchiladas! They are the best from anywhere around here. The servers have been there forever and are so friendly. But the enchiladas are a MUST.
Best quesadillas on the entire planet. No other Mexican food restaurant can compare to the size, taste and price. If I was able to live on quesadillas alone, it would be from here.
