IM NOT RATING EMPLOYEES! I am rating the franchise owners for stealing from their customer via the app! On 05/03/22 I first ordered on the app at the gordon st location, they were out of everything from tacos to ranch. they were trying their best. TONIGHT 05/13/22 I ORDERED ON THE APP AGAIN. Changed locations this time just to be safe. Well they were closed for cleaning but open on the app! Was told to go to the gordon one because they're owned by the same people and could fulfill my order, well well well what do you know their closed as well! Seriously deserve a refund a like 5000 in gift cards at this point!
Good food and service as we drove through the area.
The food was ok but I wish I was able upgrade my fries to curly fries when I used a coupon.
Help when yoir daughter went to school with the staff but this location has always been the better of the 2 here in Alvin
Food was cold. I never left the parking lot before I tasted it. If i wasnt on a rime crunch i would of returned it.
Rude customer Service. Some of the employees just don’t have the motivation to be at work.
Took them forever to get our food. The cash register didn't print out the receipt. When we ask for one the employee didn't know how to get us a receipt. The food was good though.
How are they closed at 10:12 pm? Online says 12am. Don’t make no sense.
