ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!the employees who prepared my order need to be fired. I ordered a 23$ order through the uber eats app. And only got my 7$ sandwich and my egg rolls. I was missing my large fries and my extra bacon on my sandwich. I'm tired of ordering a large amount of food and only getting my sandwich and my drink. HONESTLY do us a favor and just fire those employees. How are you going to mess up an order. Reading simple instructions and executing them arent hard.I doubt my uber eats driver stole my large fries every SINGLE time.
Lots of times I order tacos here love them. But however when you order tacos and say you tell them you want 5 orders of tacos that means 10 individual tacos you just might only get 5 individual tacos instead of what you were really ordering. Also I'd like to add an experience I had with my family through the drive thru a week or 2 ago now. I was ordering 5 orders of tacos and wanted to be sure it was 10 individuals I would be getting. The response I got was yes 5 ×2 is 10! I was quite upset about the response but kept it to my family as I was pulling up to the drive thru. The man that wears the black lipstick had serviced me at the window and by the sound of his voice I was pretty sure it was his over the intercom. I just had to let it go and assume he was just in a figitty fuss that day and it wasn't his day.
Food ordered thru the drive-thru. We live about 10 miles from location so we didn't expect hot food by the time we arrived home. What I did expect was ALL my food. We were missing 2 orders of fries, we also were missing straws, catsup, & napkins. I tried calling the location multiple times but no one answered the phone, after letting it ring over 20+ times. The receipt can barely be read. I tried going online thru corporate but that didn't work. I want a refund.
Head set must’ve been low or of bad quality because we both had a hard time hearing each other and is every time I come here but food was made quickly and everything was hot and fresh! Also a plus that they had avocado sauce as popular as it’s been. Thanks for the great service!
Its frustrating to see people try to complain and nothing being done. The late shift is horrible and the woman there is rude!!! Placed mobile order yesterday at around 7:10 pm when I arrived I noticed there was no one there and the employees were sitting on the tables just chit chatting which is fine it just stood out. I go through the drive through and let them know I had an order to which they just tell me to pull up to the window. They proceed to tell me after waiting that they made the last oreo shake even though mine wasn't even oreo (and the fact there were no customers) and that I can either wait an hour or they didn't know what else to tell me. I then said ok well what am I supposed to do? They said they could give me an ice coffee or something. I said no my 7 year old doesn't want an ice coffee I would just like my money back and then I was told that couldn't be done. Of course now im extremely upset so I just told them to figure it out because what sense does it make to pay for something im not getting. I let them know they needed to either give me my money back or my stuff because I wasn't moving and I put my car in park. The employees got upset and slammed the drive through window which I could care less. They finally gave me cash back and my food which was cold and very unappetizing. Horrible experience. I'd rather drive further out than come back here.
Gave them another try today. Not a good choice. Service was great but the food was terrible. Looked and tasted like it was made yesterday. Doubt we'll be going back. Food should at least be warm ;(
Went thru drive-thru. Screwed up my order, didn't give me my receipt, didn't give me my kids' chicken strips. Tried calling over & over but they would not answer their phone.Not even a busy night for them. Manager either not there or really needs training.
Every soft drink in the machine was flat. I can't make this up and there slow
Horrible service. Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Ended up leaving after I got to the window and asked the guy how much longer it would take for my food to be done. He said he didn't know. I went at 12 am when there was no line.
The worst experience I have , I don't recommend this place for no one. Yesterday I went and order borittos, later I see rotten vegetables and rotten tomatoes Inside my food. . So I never going back there. Never again.
