It was a real hassle getting through to place my order, it took calling back 5 separate times to finally get through to a human being, and even then I had to repeat myself several times. I ordered an extra large pizza with the works for my crew, received only medium, and it was under cooked, it arrived fairly quick, although we were working across the the street. Very disappointed, first time ordering from this domino's, in fact this was my second attempt to order a pizza from this store, I walked over, however they only had pick up and delivery, so I ended up going to Papa John's.so I give y'all a D- for effort. Would not recommend the Alvin Domino's, really disappointing, definitely not worth 28 bucks

Ordered 4 pizzas; two with the same toppings. Received 4 pizzas, but one had the wrong toppings.Called. Becky insisted that particular pizza was right, because that was "the only one she checked." I was literally looking at the pizza, and it was in fact wrong lol.I told her that I had ordered two with the same toppings, and they look completely different so one of them must be inaccurate; she decided it made sense to remake the pizza I didn't have an issue with, and she refused to look at the one that was wrong.Apparently it's impossible for her to make a mistake checking a pizza... ended up having three cold pizzas, one of which had the wrong toppings, and waiting for them to remake the one we didn't have an issue with...
ive used them a few times now and this is the slowest location ever ,I have yet to have a good experience at this location where my pizza has been delivered in under 2 hours... I rather choose a further location just to get pizza delivered in a decent time period
Ordered 4 pizzas and they were terrible! All of them, 2 pepperoni and 2 supreme. All 4 had barely any sauce at all, next to no cheese. The “supremes” were more sausage then anything with maybe 5 pieces of onion over both combined. They were disgusting and from now on it’s Papa Johns or Little Caesars.
If I could give this a zero star I would. Horrible customer service. We ordered over the phone 12/9/21 we called back an hour and a half later and they said they thought it was a fake order ( I am regular customer) so they canceled my order and never came.. It was 9pm and to late to have to order when my kids have school the next day, they credited us 2 free pizzas. We ordered today and they sent the wrong order and only sent us one pizza and pasta. I called while the driver was in front of me so my food was getting cold I was on hold 10 min and they said I had to pay.. A few minutes later another order came and they said I had to pay again. I called to speak to the manager and let them know I was calling corporate they kept hanging up on me. I don't know who's running this dominos but by the looks of the reviews I am not the only one having problems. The guys there were so unprofessional!!
Despite specifically ordering pizza to our liking, pizzas consistently miss the mark - how they were ordered. Otherwise, pizza is great and all employees are friendly.
Order 1259 Usually this one is pretty good bit tonight! Worst customer service ever!!. Almost over an hour waiting for our pizza. Called up there and was just transferred to different people. It was sitting in quality check for 37 minutes so we asked if its been done this whole time will it be cold and they said your food should be fine don't worry about it. They claimed they were waiting on a driver and didn't know when they would have one . So we had to go up there and get it ourselves. NEVER ordering here again.
Rude Customer service. Manager encouraged other employees to be rude also. Never will buy from Dominos again and will let everyone know of the bad service.
I've been trying to get my wife to get dominos ,she said she has never liked it.Well tonight she ordered large mushroom and pepperoni ,and cinnamon twist.She didn't like it,I tried it,wasn't horrible ,just very few toppings and the dough was chewy ,rubbery.The cinomon twist I threw away,they were so hard it was crazy.
