Ordered Door Dash for 3 orders of Honey Chipotle Crispers. Not even halfway in eating, my daughter found 2 short hairs in her fries. I just told her to throw her fries away and eat the rest. She was eating her chicken and found a hair stuck to the sauce in her crispers also. Called the restaurant and they apologized and asked about the hair and where it was. No offer of compensation or anything. Very rarely go here as it is even though we are local but this is definitely our quitting point. How that much hair a was in one order is beyond me. There was a total of 4 pieces of hair found in her food smh.
if i could give the young man named Matthew whom works in the TO GO area 5 stars i would. poor kid looked like he was just thrown up n the floor with no training.my stars are based off of my service i received here tonight at Chili’s in Alvin. i ordered curbside at 7:22pm. i arrived in Alvin when the text they sent me told me to arrive. i sat in my car with a screaming baby for 20 minutes before i walked inside. after calling multiple times, and being hung up on because no one answered the phone, i finally walked inside. conversation started and another man had been there for OVER an HOUR. as well as many others who had been there for almost just as long.i’m not sure if y’all are short staffed or need training but ordering curbside or to go should not take an hour. absolutely ridiculous.thank you Matthew for doing the best you can do!
We ate here at 7pm on a Saturday, not extraordinarily busy, but apparently they had a lot of to go orders. We waited for around 29 minutes for our food, never being updated by our server. Finally the manager comes over and tells us the reason for the wait, and that they are making our food. It comes out completely cold. Really disappointed with the service, and the cleanliness of this restaurant.
Grayson is the best server and bartender... He deserves a raise!
Dana the bar tender was absolutely fabulous! A craftsman at his job, if not he made it look easy. Super attentive. Food took alil bit to come out, but it was great. If we have to sit at the bar to have Dana serve us, then so be it. Thank you so much for your great service.
Very disappointed in the president margarita again. It does not have the value it once did. The glass only comes with ice and the shaker was only 3/4 full. The person who dropped it off couldn’t be bothered either.

Few people today, fast and good service. Manager stopped at our table, to make sure everything was fine.
Great service did curbside order ready on time and delivered promptly to our vehicle.
