I enjoy the Cobb salad with nuggets often. It always has fresh greens without a lot of stems. The Alvin store has the best Cobb salad of all the stores I’ve tried.
Great people .. very respectable. They honor everything if it is their mistake sometimes they are very busy and i think have newbies which lead to mistakes so check everything before leaving. The food came out hot and was delicious. Shoutout to Diana she was amazing !!
I'm never coming back here again. I have been a regular customer since they opened and everytime I come, the same employees are forced to withstand the heat. There is obvious favoritism with who gets to sit inside and who doesn't. Especially family members. This is a small town and it's obvious that if you're related to anyone in a higher position you get to stay inside. It's always the same girls inside laughing it up in the AC while they have employees outside for hours. I'll always make sure to stop for a lemonade after my Home Depot trips and Walmart trips, but no more. Absolutely shameful how Chick-fil-A treats their employees.
Worst Chick-fil-A ever, will not be returning. My order is always wrong and the people in the drive-through are so rude. Every single time I order grilled nuggets they give me regular and my child is allergic to the breading. waiting over 10 minutes off to the side at the drive-through for a mobile order after they serviced at least five cars behind me, before me. The “team member” named Alicia working outside in the drive-thru on 7/9/22 at 8:15am repeatedly looked up at my car while I was waiting and laughed, brought my my food says sorry for the wait and laughs as she walks off. Should be fired. Completely unprofessional, wouldn’t expect much more from Alvin. Most restaurants go out of business
My first time getting the wrap. I loved it. Cold (I didn't expect that-- was a nice surprise on a hot day.) Very flavorful.
Didn't get my extra salad dressings that I asked for three salads. Longest wait I've ever had. Will go to Pearland next time.
It was so quiet and peaceful, it was around 4 PM - 4:30 PM... While I was there, the workers are so amazingly kind ! They also make sure too always treat every guest with respect. Props to Chick-fil-A !! <3
I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A. The food was good. They even allow led me to drink the new cloudberry sunjoy drink for free. The employees were professional, attentive and nice. I would recommend trying this Chick-fil-a.
It just bothers me that this location doesn’t allow curbside because of bad weather. It’s been on that setting for over a month despite the weather. It’s alright though, there’s another Chick-fil-A closer to my job in Webster that has curbside.Otherwise this Chick-fil-A is 5/5.
