Last Saturday my mother visited this place drive through, an older male with the appearance of a Hindu -Pakistani individual was attending it. My apologies for utilizing an ethic group to identified a single individual, but he did not wanted to provide his name, nor his was wearing a name batch.My mother is 70 years old wanted to get clarification on one of the plates served before placing the order. The guy from the get go was abrasive, a natural abrupt person, We ignored his manners but, after he close the drive through window while my mother was still talking, left us unattended for a good 60 secs we didn't know if we should leave or wait until his perfusive display of anger came down, but my mother decided to wait he opens the drive t window again and said ' I HAVE OTHER COSTUMERS YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE" we were being respectful my mother only needed a small clarification. I did tell him: Sir your rudeness is unnecessary his response "if you don't like it FU and leave" We did. Who is this individual who feels so free, and comfortable to treat costumers this way, i ask. Anger it is highest level in a person. He has the right to be anger for what ever reasons, but take it out on costumers that just want to buy food is unacceptable and wrong. Perhaps he is the manager and this is the style to managed this location. We have visit this place before perhaps employees have being over work and under paid but never treated a costumer with such of unavailable manners. I believed he thinks he still leaving in another continent in the world. FYI: You are in Alvin TX that is USA SOIL someone please informed this poor soul so he is aware of his deficit in respecting not only costumers, but women.
My son wanted to go. So we went and we don't even live in Alvin. The fish is just not as I remember just seems like cheap fish. This is the second time we been here. The first time my boyfriend who's from Austin had plastic in his macaroni come on ppl do better..And no we won't be going back we.had better food and service at long John's in Pasadena.
Soggy okra and RAW FISH! I told them and they didnt wanna refund me me my order they just wanted to make me more fish. Why the hell woud someone want more fish if it was RAW before them but the lady told me it was made fresh! Guess that's what they call fresh. Defiantly not going again. Food posining is a thing. My mom could die feom it i even told them if i or my mom gets sick i And sueing!
Always good food but the lady up front needs to worry about her customers not a dog and a car in the Drive-Thru wanting to talk and play with it
I love that they cook the food once ordered so it is always served fresh.
I went to order off the kids meal but since I'm an adult I was denied. My parents wanted to share a meal and they refused to give them an extra plate. We offered to pay extra for the plate and was denied again. Then an employee came to our table to show us the stores supply order and wouldn't leave the table until I asked him to please let my parents enjoy their food. We will never ever come back.
This restaurant need a good cleaning from the lobby to the bathroom. I wanted to give me food back. The serving were terrible for the price. Terrible servings. I know these post doesn't matter to the owners.
Food is always hot and fresh. Far distance to drive from Missouri City but I was taking a drive to Alvin. Drive thru cashier was very pleasant and mannerable
In the past year of 2021 They have changed their Fish supplier, I believe because the quality Of the fish has gone down. It just does not taste right anymore. I thought maybe it was a one time thing but I have it back three times and each time The fish just does not taste good anymore.
I've been to many Captain D's and almost every one was greasy. The food here was hot and fresh without grease pooling on the plate. May sound trivial but I had the most perfect fried okra I've ever eaten! The fish, shrimp and chicken tenders were perfectly cooked. The owner was cleaning every minute he wasn't taking orders or serving food. When I complimented the cook for a job well done, she gave credit to the owner for teaching her how. Great teamwork! Money well spent.
