I love this place! I’ve had the melting grey and sunset and they’re delicious! Today I tried the island and it may be my new favorite! Service is always super fast, and the owner and her family are wonderful! I love going here and highly recommend it!
The drinks are amazing. We had the island coffee, iced, and milk tea with boba. Our drinks were superb. They have the best boba I have ever had. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pastries. I ordered the cinnamon roll. It was so dry and had very little cinnamon. It was edible, but it was so bad I almost just threw it out. My companion had the cinnamon cruffin, which was better, but still nothing I would order again. Definitely come here because the drinks are soooo good, but pass on the pastries.
I’ve been coming to With Milk for years now and it is hands down my most favorite cafe in the area! I bring all of my friends and family for the cute atmosphere, delicious drinks and warm service. I especially recommend the Melting Gray (chocolate and charcoal) and Island (pandan and coconut, I believe) drinks as well as their Americano and Vanilla Latte. It’s an adorable shop with high quality products, freshly made, and care in each cup. Please support this stellar small business! They’re doing an amazing job.
Very cute interior. Mini mochi muffins were 3 for $5, which was a great opportunity to try an assortment of flavors. My latte tasted more like a cafe au lait since the steamed milk didn’t have much texture. Despite facing south, the seating area outside had some shade in the early afternoon and was a comfortable spot to relax.
Nice ambiance with good and coffee and boba tea. They have created small chalk boards for kids as well.
Really good atmosphere! Was looking for a cute modern and aesthetically pleasing coffee shop, and this definitely wins :) I tried the caramel latte iced and it was really good! Definitely coming back to try the boba!
If you want boba smoothies let’s just say this place is the best I’ve tasted hands down. The staff is very friendly and kind and I absolutely love their customer service. I’ve been going to them for over a year and they will always have my business.
I was visiting from Houston, where we have a myriad of options for boba. I ordered a standard milk tea with boba and half sugar. It's my usual order for any boba shop when I'm there for the first time. The milk tea is some of the best I've ever had and the boba has the perfect level of sweetness. I was very impressed with the drink and I've had dozens of different milk teas from all over the place. I would easily put it in my own personal top 5 boba shops.I'm not sure if this is a family run shop, but the elderly woman that took care of me and my friends was extremely friendly! She made sure all our drinks were up to our standard. The young woman working in the back also did a phenomenal job crafting the drinks!I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a great boba drink!
I was going through maps trying to find coffee shops I’ve never been to before and I am not disappointed! As everyone else did, I tried the island coffee first and it was amazing! I’ve never had a coffee like that before and it was refreshing. The inside is very clean and pretty. I’ll definitely be coming back to try something new!
Very nice and very yummy. The dark mocha is awesome. Definitely a place I’ll stop by when I’m in town.
