Usually pretty good, but the last few times we have went their fries did not have seasoning. We went a few days ago (we put in an online order) and it told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. We left our house 30 minutes later and when we arrived to pick up our order they stated they had no record that our order was placed. This was after my husband showed them the order email on his phone! We then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to enter our order in again and cook our food!
What's not to like!!! Alway good, always hot.
Wings too salty, fries were grease soaked and over done plus to salty. Threw every thing out. Never again!
My absolute favorite Wingstop! The entire staff is amazing. Customer Service is awesome and the food is always on point! They really make you feel like family.
Rude staff. I went there countless of times to redeem an order that they have on file and they said at I was lying about getting my food. They have also mess up my order many times. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this restaurant and their staff.

I’ve been coming here fore about 3 months now and I can say the quality is deteriorating I don’t know if you all do a taste test of the wings but the lemon pepper doesn’t taste how it used to , the wings are getting smaller in size the flavors are not tasteful to the mouth . I should have put a photo here but hopefully someone that owns this particular franchise can do something about this . I’m not trying to post a bad review but I want to post an honest one in July and August the quality was fine the lemon pepper was right on and then September October and now November it makes me not want to go there anymore I have a better chance of making my own wings . All I’m saying is the chicken quality is why people come when the quality of that starts to go down less people will come . I’m sorry to say but I won’t be coming to this location anymore or any wingstop at all I thought you all were the it but One day it I’ll be a good chicken spot that’s consistent .Order made November 13th at 5-6pm central time 2021

Great service! I called in a pick up order and was suggested a different deal which would give me more food for a few extra bucks. The food was also great and fresh.
I have tried other wingstops places but this one has the best flavors. They really come out and tasty. Just make sure to check the food sometimes they can mix up your orders but overall yummy wings
