Walked in and waited behind the person at the counter. 3 different workers(1 being the manager) noticed I had walked in and no one greeted me. The lady at the counter seemed frustrated. I waited for my turn and told the young man I was there for my online order. As I waited for him to get it together I noticed the lady that was waiting to bag food for the cars in drive. They all had gloves on. She uses her finger to scratch the inside of her ear and then continues to bag food and grab containers of fries with the same gloves on. This is why that its not sanitary just because they are wearing gloves. How often are those gloves being changed? I know this probably happens a lot in a food establishments but the vibe was also very unwelcoming and I have not been back.
Okay, Whataburger. You have redeemed yourself after my last review, and I knew you would! This photo doesn't do this burger justice, it looks like a burger from a commercial. The onion rings, I ate most of them on the way home, they are piping hot! Like when I took a bite, I had to puff off the steam.The big deal? I ordered this freshly cooked food at 3:30am on a Thursday night. My housemate is going vegetarian, and I really needed a Whataburger. Even in the middle of the night, my food is hot off the grill and fryer. It's delicious. I also love how when I bite the onion ring, the entire onion doesn't come out. Other onion ring lovers know the struggle, I'm sure, but Whataburger makes their onion rings right, oniony goodness in every bite. Thank you so much!
Well I've never had to wait 30 minutes for a milkshake before. Pulled up to the window and see 3 employees standing there while one young man makes the shake and takes my payment. This place is not under stafed just under trained and undisciplined. Michael was doing a great job but couldn't get the orders out the window because he didn't have them. Very disappointing seeing that I worked at this store when I was young. Wouldn't be a problem if everyone working had a little more hustle.
Generally speaking WB is always good because you know exactly what to expect. This location is terrible, they have two lanes but never use both, no matter what something is always made wrong (kinda hard to mess up a plain burger but they do it every time) and if you are using the drive-thru be prepared for at least a 30min wait. Some visits have seen me in line for over an hour.
This is the worst location ever!! They are soooooo slow. We ordered our food on line and had to wait in line for 40 mins. Terrible service.
I've always loved Whataburger from the first time I had tried them back when I lived in Texas.. I went to McKinney, Tx for a work related trip this week (3/27-30/22) and the first stop we made was Whataburger for a bite to eat.. Keep up the greatness..
Slowest Whataburger ever. I keep thinking it’ll get better but it doesn’t. Always takes at least 20 minutes, sometimes 30 to get a burger and fries (nothing special).
Although service was fast. It seemed as though every single person had something wrong with their order. My French fries were warm, I like them hot!! The manager is the one who took our order, so I am not sure who was managing the store. & it showed in the orders going out wrong. I do appreciate him working but definitely further training needs to be in place here.
I came by a few days ago. terrible service, workers were just HORRIBLE, food was good but over all horrifying experience eating inside. Had asked a worker in the front if I could get some ketchup and she gave me attitude and got it and threw it in my hands. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location ever again. Would rather stay home and eat.
Literally the worst whataburger I’ve ever been to, every single night after ten o’clock be prepared to spend an hour in the drive thru, it is utterly ridiculous
