Unpleasant drive thru experience. Person taking our order had the volume all the way down and when we said something he turned it up and treated us as if we were taking too long to order. $30 worth of food and drinks later and we realized they dumped salt all over the burgers! My husband’s was actually crunchy ?Will not return to this location EVER.
Can’t believe how fast this place has gone downhill. Don’t bother going in the evening with over a hour before closing. No joke what appeared to be the manager a 40 year old overweight male ignored myself and 2 others in line at the drive through while waiting 5 plus minutes in between each other. I pulled up to the drive though window and was literally told to go the F away and he wasn’t serving anyone else. I have never experienced anything like this ever. What a joke I will never come back. I have been going to this location for 12 years but has been getting worse over the years but absolutely unacceptable now! Also it’s clear their corporate doesn’t care and if you want real reviews look at their 2.0 rating on yelp not their fake paid reviews. As a OG Wendy’s Dave Thomas fan he would turning in his grave. People are willing to pay more for a quality burger and service. But at this rate I can get 5x the burger with the same amount of spit for the same price at similar dollar menu places “golden arches”. I am starting to believe Wendy’s has lost their ways..
Wendys was my go to for years. I went here weekly but then I had food here that made me so sick that I missed work. That experience ended the franchise for me.I give 2 stars because chance of illness is low. But getting sick made me wonder whether food handling is done well...Either way, I went to panda and schlotzkys (next door) twice a week for a year and a half afterwards.
Horrible customer service. The manager of the location thinks it makes sense to IGNORE customers on the speaker because they are short staff. The customer in front of me was there 6 mins and I was waiting at the speaker for 4mins saying hello, no one said anything so Im thinking the speaker is broken. I pull up to the window and they would not take my order telling me to drive back around the store try to order again. I tried explaining to the manager that what he could have done is say one moment please, at least then I would have known that the speaker worked and that they heard me. Don't ignore your customers. Is rude as hell
Prices have went so high at this place. A combo meal 12.00. You got to be kidding me. A fast food burger place this isn't JUICY'S BURGER.

Stopped by to enjoy my complimentary mini frosty and was very rudely greeted by Rico in which he attempted to refuse to honor my keychain that I purchased for mini frosties. His demeanor was very condescending and hostile. If you are looking for good service visit the one down the street
I give this Wendy's 10 stars. The manager there was so awesome. I don't know his name but it was Thursday Dec. 30 at noon lunch time. I only had Google pay cause I forgot my wallet at home and they dont accept Google pay but he still helped me out with a meal. I can't thank him enough. Iv never had anyone from Wendy's ever help me out. Especially now a days. I thank him a lot. Excellent customer service and I'd recommend this Wendy's to people. I'd give 10 stars if I could
Went to drive thru around 10 pm. Sit there at the order taker for a couple minutes before I pull around. Workers are in the dining area just chilling and doing their own thing. Not the first time at this place either, so I finally decided to write a review this time. Will never give my business to a plane that clearly doesn't want customers.
I ORDERED THROUGH THE WENDYS APP, THEY DELIVERED THROUGH DOOR DASH! DOOR DASH SENT SOMEONE ELSE’S TACO BELL!
