The food is great, but they need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the patio. The floor is dirty, there are napkins, toothpicks and pieces of food on the floor.Also when a customer leaves they did not pick up the plates right away. They leave them for a while and that attracts flies and birds.They don't wipe off the tables. You have to clean the tables yourself.
We went here for lunch on our last day here for training. I have to tell you that this burger was really good. Lots of choices and a nice area to sit outside to eat. I really wished we had more time to hang out and have some beers as well.
My husband and I visit this location about twice a month… which speaks to their service and food. We typically get the Blue burger and the southwest turkey/beef burger along with some sweet potato or truffle fries. They’ve never failed to impress us.We recently tried the chicken nuggets and those little things are perfectly battered, savory and crispy. Delicious! And Of course, we love their margaritas especially at Friday happy hours.Overall, we have never been disappointed visiting their location. Super attentive and courteous staff, great food, great prices (especially right now), and good location/atmosphere.I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want a good burger/good food, fast service, chill and relax atmosphere.
Excellent Burgers with sweet potato fries as an option. Delightfully tasty and worth the wait time for orders to be served in the table. A fast food family outing that seems uplifting to our taste buds. A burger that is eager to enhance your culinary desires.
A nice small establishment that is well deserving of five star. The food is definitely delicious. With multiple ways to make it your own. I had a swiss burger with fries. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy and hot. The place was moderately packed and the staff was absolutely fantastic. They all had good attitudes and were polite and patient. The house ketchup was delicious. I wanted a bottle to take home. Would recommend eating here.
Tasty spot for gourmet burgers. Better then anything a fast food place has to offer. Nice portions that aren't to overwhelming to finish in one sitting. The shoe string fries are addicting so always get the large size! The margaritas are smaller then what most places serve but they pack a punch. They have plenty of tvs so you don't have to miss a game either. Quick service and friendly staff.
Well last time I was here the place was amazing! This time not so much. Waited 35 minutes for our food, when we got it the burgers were cold. We both ordered burgers cooked medium well, one came out that way the other came out slightly pink. When we tried to get the attention of someone they just walked right on by. I don’t often write reviews but I am extremely disappointed in the service and the food we received tonight.
A must-try!! VBB-Allen has stellar burgers, fantastic fries (oh do try dipping your fries into the champagne mustard, to die for), and all of the yummy adult beverages. Mosey up to the bar and order a hand-blended shake. You'll thank yourself. Staff are outstanding in every way.
The food is always great and affordable. Their Sangria is great and the service is outstanding!
Ordered the grilled chicken club with sweet potato fries and fresh-squeezed lemonade. So delicious!
