Awfully disappointed. I could not even eat this food, I have to put it all in the trash. I had very high expectations of this place since it has 4.6 stars, just to find it bland and very spicy. Btw, I asked for just medium spicy and it was more like a very spicy, inedible for me. Also it took over 1:20 minutes to get to us. Sorry but so far the worst Thai food I’ve had in 15 years. This one take the first place!
Update: The owner responded promptly and answered my concerns. I am updating to adjust my rating based on their quick response to my original rating. My first complain starts at the price. Not cheap food. But I wouldn’t have been bothered but my order was wrong and had an item in it that wasn’t supposed to be there. They put bamboo in my bowl instead of my requested item. I didn’t realize they put bamboo until after a few bites and was sick the to my stomach the rest of the night (I never order bamboo since it makes me sick and I checked my receipt to make sure it was not something I clicked on accident) Second complaint is I was checking my bank statements and they charged way more than expected. Base cost for food was $27 on my receipt. I tipped $3-4 at the restaurant. My bank is now showing a charge from them for $36. I initially tried to pay on the website, but chose to pay in person since their website didn’t feel secure. But I did see the overall charge for my meal on the website, tip included, and it was still less than what they ended up charging. I won’t be eating there again.
This so fye! Omg I been in Dallas for 6 years and have experience all bad shrimp fried rice. But this babbbyyy!!
Noodles were ok, but not great. We had Kid’s Lomein, Kid’s Yakisoba and pad kee mau (flat rice noodles) with chicken. The restaurant does not have dine-in, only takeout, which was a bummer because we wanted to sit down for the meal, so we had to drive home to eat the noodles.
Vegetarian friendly place that can dial in hotness level in very fine levels. A rare Thai place that can actually make vegetarian Thai curry dishes.
Overall the taste was quite good. Rice was steamed perfectly and the veggies and sauce were excellent. The proteins were the weak link as both the beef and pork were chewy. Two small (5oz of protein) bowls came out to over $22 after tax. Considering >80% of the bowl was rice, the mark-up seems to be on the high end.
Excellent flavor! I ordered a House Specialty Roll and Pad Kee Mao. The roll was topped with fresh fish and avocado and had a crunch crab filling. The flavor was very strong and balanced. The Pad Kee Mao was one of the best noodle dishes I have eaten anywhere. Tons of flavor and lots of fresh vegetables. The sauce had a slight tangy note to it that really brought the dish together. The occasional basil leaf amplified and refreshed all the flavors. I will definitely eat here again.
love this place! it's literally my go to comfort food at this point whenever i want to get delivery! they are always pretty speedy and the large portions make for great leftovers. i can't recommend it enough if you want something thats affordable & filling!
Big portions and all the favorites. Very impressed with my pad see ew, I'd definitely try other dishes, too bad I'm only visiting Texas.
Great menu selections! Really like their take on known recipes. Great service!
