Had my 3 year anniversary dinner here on Friday and it was magnificent. The wait staff was attentive but not overly so. Our waitress made sure we were very well taken care of and also found a wine ?that was great and sweet exactly how I like it. Our food was cook perfectly and we also were greeted by the manager. He took the time to come over and introduce himself to us and make sure everything was going great. It was a wonderful night and I appreciate the amazing staff and chefs. We throughly enjoyed every minute we were there.
Family and friends visited here and ate meals and dessert for our dinner. Visited on a Saturday so the wait time was about an hour. Didn't mind since there was plenty to site see around the restaurant. We received our text that our table was available. Spacious round table for nine people. Our waitress and other staff were available prompt and courteous. We were brought several kinds of breads in a basket with soft butter. Our orders were right and everything was cooked well. I ordered the sugar free strawberry cheesecake with real strawberries on the side. Delicious as always! A meal to consider when visiting: Chicken Madeira with potatoes and asparagus. We all had a wonderful time with loads of food to fill our plates.
Today was my B-day and I also celebrated my last day of chemo. I always go to this restaurant to feel special on my B-day. Today I was with my sister in law and my niece and we were served by a super nice waitress named Michaela. I told her the two reasons we were there and at the end of the meal the kitchen staff came out with a nice piece of cheesecake and on the plate was written: you are a fighter! Everyone was so sweet, I was so touched and impressed about it. At the end when we wanted to pay, Michaela said: no worries it is on us! I burst in tears and hugged her! I know God sends Angels among people or regular people can become Angels for few minutes making them do special things. Today, I saw so many Angels in the staff of this awesome restaurant because they don’t just cook from their hearts but they take any opportunity to go above and beyond and make your special days memorable! I will surely never forget this day and my Michaela angel!
I absolutely love cheesecake factory but this location has issues. This was the third time I placed an order to go. I was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. At 45 minutes I didn't receive a text. I called and spoke to someone. It still wasn't out and called again. Finally at an hour I received my order.I complained to our server about the long wait time all he said was ok.The bread was burned and hard, the avacado rolls were brown on the inside. Strawberry lemonade watered down in the cups. My food was cold. I drove five minutes away from the restaurant to a meeting and started eating in my car. What a disappointment.Whatever the issue is here I would hope it seriously gets resolved. This is not the usual service and quality I expect from Cheesecake.
The Cheesecake Factory is such a fun place to go out and eat. I ordered this for delivery. I placed my order online, which was very convenient and easy. Had to get takeout this time but even then, the food is delicious and to my surprise, they still give big portions! We ordered a wet burrito and quesadilla and it was great.
Excellent, and very large portions...and oh my gosh, the coconut cream pie cheesecake was amazing!
We’ve been to many Cheesecake Factory locations around the world but the one here was sadly not up to the brand name. We came here for Valentine’s Day to have a date, it started off with a good hour wait since they don’t take reservations on valentines. Our server Garrett was really kind and took care of us but would disappear making it tough to ask for help! The fresh bread basket is usually served as the waters are served but after our Arnold Palmer arrived I had to ask him if we could get some bread which he then brought out for us. Thankfully that was the warmest of the food we had that night. We ordered the Jamaican shrimp and chicken but subbed the black beans with “fresh corn” and the Louisiana style pasta and to end we ordered the mango key lime cheesecake. The food was such a miss with everything! The menu mentioned the shrimp came with white rice but we were given brown rice with zero sauce (which we asked for separately), we should’ve stuck with the beans cause the corn was so raw and had a bite to it instead of it being steamed. The pasta was good but it felt a bit too Al dente to the point of half raw. None of our food was warm or hot, it was served Luke warm. We couldn’t even call our server cause he would keep disappearing and not come back for a good 20 minutes which was a long while for us to wait to send the food back. We ordered the cheesecake to go but it arrived overly melted as though someone sat on it before bringing it out. Our server apologized and went to change it and again brought it back only after 20 minutes by when it started melting again and by this point we were so tired of the wait and just wanted to leave thus no picture. We are not sure if this was due to the rush but quality for food should never drop!
We eat out A LOT and I can honestly tell you we had the best food we've had in a long time here!! The stuffed mushrooms were incredibly good!! Both of our meals were ridiculously DELICIOUS!! Our server Fatima was AMAZING!! She was super nice, very efficient and a very hard worker! Highly recommend you stop here!!
We had a party of 5. The wait was about 25 min. on a Friday afternoon. We didn't mind because it was a beautiful day and the scenery here is gorgeous and relaxing. The service was amazing, and the food was excellent. I had a glass of their in-house chardonnay, Diane's steak, and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake! It was all very delicious. Everyone in our party was pleased with the food and the experience. I highly recommend special occasions or date nights.
On Feb 18,2022 in Allen, TX I ordered a Chicken Alvacado Salad to go got home and the Salad dressing taste like a Strong Cigarette Butt. I immediately called the store back spoke with a manager and she started laughing and then asked me if I wanted to replace the salad dressing. I told her I did not because I was afraid to eat from there. No apologies or anything. I hope to get in contact with Corporate and I am taking the dressing to my lab and If any foul play they will hear from my lawyer. This is Horrible.
