The employee by the name of Rodrigo made sure the service was ?. Just when i thought this Taco Bueno couldn't make me happier, it did. My daughter's had a great meal. Really think it's a top Ten taco Bueno in the DFW!
Won't substitute 12 crunchy for 12 soft tacos. So I ordered 12 soft and got charged 12 dollars more. Even though they cost the exact same. Whole lotta box even came with bean dips on top of the tacos and still cost half as much. Wow! Beginning to question whether or not to come back to Taco bueno ever again.

Used to be the only bueno I’d visit, but I’m done gambling with my money. Ordered 3 tacos no tomatoes, 3 beef and cheese Roll ups. There were tomatoes and the food portion was obviously smaller than normal. Barely anything in those roll ups and tacos. ?
Food is fine, but you must examine every order by hand, as they often leave items out.
Always a pleasure eating at our Allen store. Best fountain Coke anywhere.
Food was yummy. Went through the drive thru and had a hard time understanding the man which was making him frustrated. Also they said they didn't have kids meals even though I thought they use to.

The food is pretty good, I like it better than Taco Bell, but this particular location is not clean. I have had flies in my sweet tea three times now.Why would I give them a chance three times? I've been eating here for years, and only recently did I observe this. I like the food!At the end of your drink when you open up the cup to get some ice, there was a little fly. That's one time. I didn't see any for a while so the second time after that I saw one in the tea which put me off for good.The last time I ordered food, I opened the tea to inspect it looking for flies and there were none or so I thought. Wrong! There was a larger tea-soaked fly adhered to the underside of the cup lid. I can attach a picture of it tomorrow because I kept the cup at work but I don't want to add insult to injury.This restaurant needs to clean up. Just gross.
