Ordered a Dorito Loco Taco got home I only live .3 miles & this is what I opened soggy Taco they gave me its like its been sitting there for awhile & they gave it to me. Want go back!!! Will be cooking my own Tacos from here on out. The Mexi beef burrito where the hell is BEEF!! SMDH
Place looks trashed and disgusting on the inside. Dude taking order is too high to get the orders right, yes he even did say he smoked too much and couldn’t get it right. Sad that they got over half of our order wrong
if i could give negative stars, i would. this is by far, the worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. First, the told me they did not have chicken and would not refund me for the items i had already purchased on the kiosk. On top of that, when i received my order, the did not give me my complete order and when i went to ask for my missing items, she responded by saying she knew and did not give them to me because they were out of stock on the ingredients. why wouldn’t you tell me ahead of time of the missing products!!! I will never be coming back here again. so terrible. i even tried calling the manager and was sent straight to voicemail. ?????
The service here is consistently poor - the wait in the drive through is almost always over 5 minutes even when there is only a couple of cars. They ask you to pull forward to wait for your food nearly every time. Has been that way for well over a year
Worst service ever … food is usually missing or wrong employees keep on changing … I would rather drive a mile more to get better service and food … this place really needs help !!! Usually Taco Bell’s are nice don’t know who manages this place…
Not open when they say they are going to open. Completely unprofessional it's been 15 minutes waiting in the parking lot
I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito and a beef chalupa. The service was quick however the food was horrible. In my burrito there was a total of 3 small pieces of steak. Sad that I could even keep count of steak that was in a “double steak” burrito. My beef chalupa was literally ice cold. I was completely baffled by how horrible my food was. I was literally the only one in the drive thru. I don’t understand why the quality of my food was sacrificed for speed.
The food is always good, not always hot, that's okay though, still happy with it. My only complain is the service, they forget drinks and sauces constantly. Ordered an ice coffee, didn't get anything. Then I got 2 empty cups was told to mix them(manager gave us a hot coffee as a replacement). Today, got my food, had to wait awhile for help at front, was the only person there, besides my brother who was eating. Paid for the extra sauce, didn't get it until I proved I got my food and it wasn't there with it. No napkins either
Usually fine for the most part but they almost always forget something like napkins or sauce.
Found 2 long hairs in my nachos and not one person answered the phone
