2nd time, I order one thing and get something else after being assured they got it right. Waste of my time and money. I feel like they’re doing it on purpose to drive certain customers away. Ordinarily I would not care but it just seems like it’s being done on purpose.Thanks for ruining Mexican Pizza day for me!

there's a very very sweet hispanic man that works drive-thru, and his customer service is amazing! he's veryyy kind to me every single time I come through! I definitely look forward to coming to this location for that reason (: & also they also never get my order wrong and always get me in and out super quick and I always appreciate that! ❤️ Super big thanks to you guys and I hope you're appreciated!

It was just "one of those days", very tired after a long early shift at work, and needed a Taco Bell fix. The drive thru line was slow, but I work in the service industry too, so I don't complain about that kind of stuff. An employee put a sign up saying they were out of tortillas to make certain menu items. That's okay, they subbed it for any other item you wanted off of the menu. I ordered my meal and drove up the the next spot to pay. Whoever was in the car (pickup truck) ahead of me had paid for my order! Besides the employees handling what I imagine to be a very stressful event (Imagine running out of flour tortillas at Taco Bell!!!) They handled it VERY well and still with SMILES on their faces...Thank you to whoever that anonymous customer was who paid for my meal ahead of me. You have no idea how much you made my day! Sometimes we all need a reminder that random acts of kindness still exist. And the happiness that it causes is infectious. Thank you so much. You employees hang in there too, you all are doing a great job!

Missing food close to every time I order from here. I get home and I’m missing usually 1 item from my large order for a family of 5, or 1 ingredient like sour cream or nacho cheese. I live close to here so that’s why I keep going back. Lived here for 8 years and I just wish they’d get it together because they have the potential to be a great Taco Bell location. I mean is there a GM that is not looking at this locations reviews? Us long time residents are not making this stuff up. All the other fast food restaurants on that block are good, why can’t this location hire a good staff or a better manager.

This location employees aren't friendly and inattentive. We came 45 mins before they closed and placed an online order and they were inside and told us they won’t give us the order as they were closed?? Also they mix up your online order ingredients too which can be really frustrating if you’re avoiding something.

It was one of the most pathetic experience I had. We ordered from vegetarian menu but instead got beef burrito. After complaining they were super rude and asked us not to be back if they don’t like the service . Whole management needs to be changed specially the people at the counter

I went inside because drive thru always gets my order wrong. I ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito and 2 tacos. When I got my order, I looked in the bag and there were 6 items in there. I tried to tell them it wasn't mine and every person I talked to could not understand what I was saying and just walked away from the counter. Needless to say, when I got home, there wasn't one single thing I ordered. They really need a manager in this place. I WILL NOT BE BACK

There were multiple problems with this one trip! About 9:30am we went to this location and ordered. There was only one car in front of us but we still waited ten minutes to order. We got to the window and we got our food and left. They made two mistakes on our combo and charged us extra. We were upset and didn’t want to go back but ended up having to go back because we forgot our drink that came with the combo. We went back around and the person in front of us was complaining and returning his food as well. When we went to the window we had to tell them the drink was part of the combo. They asked for the receipt and we told them they didn’t give us a receipt. They didn’t want to give us our drink! They argued with us and we had to show them the bag we got from them minutes before! The drink we ordered was out of syrup that they were trying to hand us. The drink that is supposed to be bright yellow was clear. They showed their frustration and took it out on us. This location should have been closed this morning. Whoever the manager was didn’t do anything to prepare for the day and everyone can clearly see from how the store wasn’t functioning.

Just patiently waited an extra 10 minutes so they could figure out what we ordered. No one bothered to ask us what the order was. Asked for hot sauce and got mild and fire (because I guess that makes hot? No.) The order was wrong and they forgot an item that we paid for. Paid for taco supremes and got regular beef tacos with extra soggy shells with little, to no lettuce or cheese or meat actually. Terrible.

Normally is good, but I waited in a line of 3 cars for 20 minutes for an order. Cashier took 10 minutes alone to take mine because she couldn't find certain items on the computer. When I fixed my order and finally got my food. It was nothing of what I ordered. I went back and found others waiting outside the door to get their order fixed, but they were refusing to let us in to fix our orders right away and make us get in line again that was wrapping around the building to get it fixed and locked the front doors.
