First and Foremost I’m Not one to complain nor do I care to. However in this case I feel it’s warranted as we continuously get shorted on our orders. Again I wanted to give thisLocation yet another chance (bigMistake)!!!!!I don’t know what it is about this Location but they have yet to get EVEN 1 of my orders right. We are new to the area the last year and have visited this Taco Bell a handful of times and not once has our order been received as paid. If you’re expecting a semi quick drive thru order ,FORGET ABOUT IT every time you attempt a drive thru order it takes forever. Last night we spent near $40 and were missing 4 items, not to mention I was the 4th car in line and it took me nearly 37mins to get to the window …… I will drive out the way to the location on Stacy to get quicker and more accurate service to resolve the issue which stinks because this one’s the closest to us… Again I hate to complain but the Only consistency here is inconsistency
Edit: you can literally only rely on Carlos the manager. The two young guys up front mess up my order everytime.I love this taco bell!!! The manager here is so nice and I love being able to come here and know I'm being taken care of!
The guy that took our order was AWFUL!! He was unprofessional to the point that i thought he was stoned or something. I would have done the store survey but was not given the receipt. When i went inside to ask for napkins because he gave us NONE first i was ignored then after i asked for napkins he said there should be some in the bag.... well yes there SHOULD HAVE BEEN but the bag had ZERO. 5 messy tacos and ZERO NAPKINS

I ordered a black bean crunchwrap fresco style with potatoes and guacamole. Literally got everything EXCEPT THE BLACK BEANS. That is HALF of my meal gone. I don't care how cheap this food is, that is an egregious mistake that robbed me of my money.Edit: I didn't even get a receipt from them, so now I can't go back and complain. The top of my crunchwrap got burnt, too.
The worst customer service experience i’ve had. They didn't give me the whole order even though they charged me for it and what I did get in the bag was wrong. When I asked them nicely to correct it the black or latino man working at the drive thru window on Wednesday Jan. 19, 2022 at 10:50 am told me I didn't order what I repeated to him three times and started arguing with his two older latina coworkers about me. Judging by the reviews down below this Taco Bell doesn't deserve your money or time. Don't give your money to this poor excuse for a food establishment.
Place a $35.00 order with Door Dash to deliver and after a 30 minute wait I got a text from Door Dash that my order was canceled because Taco Bell was closed and this is at 12:30 in the afternoon-You cannot even call the store because it has a recording that says none is available to take your call!
Can’t follow orders at all …. Waited over 1 hour for my food and paid for the Variety sup pack and instead I got beans crunchy tacos… Please see photos and don’t make any orders at this location… they obviously hate their job .
Food and service are amazing! Good price and fast option to eat. I like the Doritos options like Taco and Gordita. The place is clean and there are a lot of parking spots available.
