Rude and self centered people works here. We arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes after placing an order on the app but the food is still not ready even though there is no one in the restaurant. My fiancé who picked up the order came out of the store and waited in the car for a few minutes then put a mask on and went into the store again. Upon entering, the male worker made a snarky comment saying “why are you wearing a mask? I’m not sick. You think we are dirty?”Since I have autoimmune disease, me and my family have to be careful during covid. It’s a shame that the subway worker doesn’t care about others and thinks it’s his duty to correct people based on his personal beliefs and thinks everything evolves around him only. After we got home, we found out the sandwich we ordered was missing ingredients.

Avoid this specific Subway if you have better choices. For a while gave this place benefit of doubt due to pandemic, but a year later, they still didn’t hire more people, still mess up orders, still give very little meat, still take forever to cook, and failed to deliver half of my delivery order today. No more. Go to the Subway straight north of here or get something else

I usually get great service but today is different. The server was not friendly at all. I ordered 3 footlong subs and there are only very small amount of lettuce left and they looks old. I asked her if she can get a new batch of lettuce and she was upset. I asked her if she is mad and she said yes. This is not the good service I normally get from Subway. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a tuna foot long. Unfortunately when got home; found out their was very lil amount of tuna in there. Upon next visit I requested her to put enough amount; she shouted at me, she not gonna do anything, do I still want or not. I told her to go ahead. When she started adding salad , I saw three small watery pieces of bell pepper in bowl. I told her to get fresh bell peppers, not left over from previous day. She shouted again, do I want or not. I left that place immediately. Avoid that place big time. Thay Spanish or Mexican short girl has some psychological issues. I wish I took picture to upload here

I came in, waited 10 minutes, and am running out as soon as I interacted with the employee. The guy running the shop is super intoxicated. Felt very unsafe.

If you can avoid this Subway, I would strongly advise you to do so. Ever since the new owners took over, this Subway has gone down hill. They CONSTANTLY skimp on ingredients, they do not have a clue as to what good customer service means, nor do they know how to greet their customers. Today, I made the mistake of stopping in and ordering 2 subs. The man behind the counter, who was preparing the subs was not wearing a mask upon us entering the restaurant. He was actually preparing a to-go order, while unmasked. Hmmmm can you say health code violation? Should have turned around and left the minute I saw that. But instead I made the mistake of ordering two footlongs instead. Per usual, the turkey sub only had 6 slices of thin turkey, while the other sub that was supposed to have had bacon on it, was made without any bacon and again, a skimpy serving of meat. We actually didn’t discover the missing bacon until getting home. We made another trip back to the restaurant to get what we ordered and paid for, but that didn’t go without a fight. The man behind the counter wanted to stand there and argue whether or not the sandwich was suppose to come with bacon. I had to point to the menu behind him that had a picture of the sub for him to finally agree to add the bacon. I mean really?! If you don’t know how to prepare items that are on your menu, you have no business running a sandwich shop. Let’s get it together! It’s no wonder their foot traffic has decreased so much.

Never been to this location since there are two other locations near me. Thought I'd give it a try since it was on the way home.after today, I will not be returning. Oven broken and I mean that I wanted my sandwiches toasted but they came out the same way it went in, room temp. So my chicken was also cold when I wanted warm. I asked for fresher spinach bc what was in the bucket was wilting. He said that's all I have for today. Before ordering I used the men's bathroom bc the women's was out of service. Note: men's bathroom was not clean and you could tell it had not been cleaned in some time, like days.

Be sure to ask what the prices of the sandwiches are before you order, this location does not keep their prices up to date. They wouldn’t give me the sandwich for the price displayed on the menu. Subway has been been going down hill for quite some time, I will spending my money somewhere else.

Most frustrating customer service. The person does not understand English, does not wear hair cap and escapes from applying coupons to make you pay full price. Hate this restaurant not subway.

Extremely poor customer service. I stopped in for dinner and there were 3 employees around the register with one customer. From what I overheard, the customer was claiming that one of the employees had added a tip to a credit card transaction. After 5-6 minutes of waiting, one of the employees broke away and came to the counter to greet me. She started to put on some gloves to help me but was still listening in to the conversation between the other two employees. Before she was able to get her gloves on or even say “hello” she walked back over to the register. I waited for another 3-4 minutes before I decided to leave. There are a number of sandwich shops in the area and I would rather give my patronage to somewhere with better service and training for their employees.
