I placed a delivery order through the Subway app. I ordered the meal with chips and a drink. It only delivered with the sandwich (which wasn't toasted as requested). The last time I ordered from this location, the chips delivered, but it was missing a drink. I drove up to the store to discuss with the employee. Honestly, an apology, and I would have been good. Instead, the response I received still makes no sense. I pointed out that the chips and drink were on the receipt, but weren't in the order. The employee looked at me and said, "That's not my job. The delivery driver should go get the chips and drink." I told the employee, it's not the delivery driver's job to prepare the meal, and it was in fact the employee's job. Again, instead of apologizing, the employee doubled down and said it wasn't his fault. I went out to my vehicle, then decided to go back inside to get his name and a phone number to call someone. The second he saw me coming back inside, he made a beeline to the back. At that point, I noticed there was a minor behind the counter in the food prep area which I believed was a health code violation (I reached out to the county, it is). I attempted contact with Subway Corporate, but in their great wisdom, they've eliminated customer service via phone. The only way to report a concern is via their website, and when I did get a response, it was a form letter.
I was really excited to see that the Subway Club was back. Too bad I didn’t get it when I ordered one from this place using the app. What I think I got was a dry All American Club because it had bacon, and the Subway Club does not come with bacon. It also had one thin slice each of two other meats, and that was not enough to overpower the ginormous mountain of veggies. Did I mention it was dry? I guess I’ll have to try a different location to finally get my Subway Club.

The worst veggy footlong ever.I visited this location on Saturday (10/02/21). I ordered veggie delite. I saw that she wanted to save veggies and she wanted to serve only bread. She was not even making a layer or tomato and cucumber. I had seen 4 each.I literally felt I am eating only bread without taste. I almost felt that I am begging for the food which I have to pay full price ?I didn't offered a tip.
If the kid behind the counter was thinking I didn't see what he did, he's wrong. Got a smart phone but not smart enough.
Two times I have attempted to use this location but no more. They can't make a simple sub from their menu and the communication process is very difficult. Their soft drink machine isn't working

It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. We ordered two footlong subs and a bag of chips. We didn't receive the chips, my sub that I ordered to be toasted wasn't toasted, there was little to no lettuce on either sandwich, and neither had cheese. It's that the sandwich was terrible it's just not what I wanted.
