I don’t know the barista’s name but he was working drive thru on 7/7 at 3:45ish and after ordering my drink I also asked for a fork for my lunch and he made me laugh by saying “finally someone else who eats their pink drink, I’m not alone!” Something small that really brightened my day, and my drink was excellent.
It's always hit or miss if the wifi will be working at this location. Employees say they bring this up to management and nothing is done to fix it. I will find a new location to work and spend my money from now on.
A big fan of Starbucks, but this is by far the worse location in terms of customer service. You never get greeted and you never get called when your order is ready. The first time I went, I kept waiting for my name and didn't know my order was sitting there getting cold. There are plenty of employees at this location each time I have been there. Now I just know to wait right there after placing my order.
The people who work there are just wonderful. So friendly and efficient. My coffee and food has always been exactly what I ordered. Nice work Ya'all!
TERRIBLE store. You’re right in front of a school, have students that come here and you can’t connect to the internet??? When you ask an employee they acknowledge the issue but yet nothing has been done to rectify the issue. THE WORSE ONE YET.
This location has the best staff! They are so fast, so kind and the manager Randy is THE BEST. The drink this morning put me over the top. Best drink EVER!!!!!! Thank you for having amazing customer service. A little smile early in the morning goes a long way. I ❤ my Starbucks in Allen. (Exchange and Greenville)
The workers at this place are amazing! I was stuck there because of the tornado siren and Chloe, Nate, and Trin were very nice and let me stay with them until the storm calmed down. They went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and safe! Best starbucks location ever, the workers here are the coolest!
I would give 5 stars just for Karen because she is amazing!5 stars for her! but there has been others that get my drink wrong and actually try to argue with me..it was so strange is happened at 630 am and the lady still didn't fix my drink gave me the wrong drink which eventually ended up sitting on my desk and then trashed because I didn't have the energy to bring it back with the ice storm rolling in. Please have Karen train those people at the window because they have No Clue what customer service is period.
The green hair with pigtails batista makes THE best drinks. She's always friendly. She goes above and beyond her actual job duties to help out anyway she can. You definitely should get her to make you one of her original concoctions.
I'm not sure what her name is but the girl with short reddish-brown hair working the drive-thru is so sweet. She really went out of her way to make sure I got my order and was able to use my coupon. The awesome customer service made my day!
