I just started coming here because I got a new job a couple doors down I come here 8 times a week ,2 times a day once in the morning before work then I come after work to get a drink again both morning and afternoon shift employees are so sweet and remember my order, my order is simple but it means a lot. I also get a hello and goodbye I’m lucky to be able to get breakfast and lunch at a good Starbucks just a couple of steps away from my job :)
Frustrating visit to Starbucks today. A friend in the hospital wanted pumpkin bread from Starbucks. She was super specific it be cold and not heated. I got there and there were two cars in front of me. “Great, I can get this done & back to the hospital before her next test.” I simply orderd 2 pumpkin breads. I specifically said, “cold-not heated.” The window operator repeated to me “two pumpkin breads, not heated, anything else?” I said no. He asked if I just wanted the bread in the package. I said fine as ling as its cold.8 minutes later, I’m still sitting in line. Now there are 7 cars behind me blocking the parking lot. Why not ask the car waiting at the window to pull up? Three minutes later the car in front of me got his cup of coffee. I pulled up and 2 more minutes someone handed me two HOT pumpkin breads ?Seriously, it’s a simple order. 12 minutes in a drive thur. Ugh

Buyer beware. Im not sure how any of these reviews can be real or genuine. Yelp gives this store less than 3 stars and over the last few months they make the drinks how they want to make them. When making frapps they push the syrup bottles all the way down which is like putting 2 or more syrup servings into the drink. They are not using the right ice measurements for appropriate drink sizes and used a tall ice scooper for the grande drink. My daughter ordered a dragon drink and used the words dragon drink. They failed to put the coconut milk in the drink. I ordered my mom a tall hot cocoa and as you can see in the picture it is only half full. It is not enough for a toddler. My mom also got a decaf misto with splenda and foam. I have a video that shows they put regular coffee rather than decaf and as you can see no foam. The sticker and my online receipt shows the correct drink. As you can also see int he pics my son had a caramel frapp. They left out the coffee and forgot to put the caramel on! I spend at the least 40 dollars a day on Starbucks. The other stores make the drinks right but the alma and exchange store refuses to make the drinks correctly.
Nice little bucks, convenient to get to and eat at. No issues the few times I have been here.
They no longer make the drinks right and then treat you horrid when you as themt o remake, It. They gave me the wrong drink. Ther ecipt had the right drink. This happens at the least once a week and we go daily. I will no longer shop at Starbucks!
Drinks are not properly made and a few of the baristas are rude rather than the normal welcoming. This past week I had one actually tell me they could not make my drink right after a new barista fat free milk in my sons frapp. I asked another barista standing around if she could help her for a second and she said, Not my job. She was the only barista that had her hands free at the time. yesterday I bought a tea and they gave me the wrong tea. This happens at the least once a week.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the city! Customer Service is always great, AND it’s like Cheers…Everybody knows you name…no matter how long it’s been since you saw them last!
Great experience every time I go to drive thru. Love the high energy and customer service . One of the workers complimented me and I was in such a rush to work , it made my morning ! The customer service , drink and compliment lighten my mood . What a great way to start your morning ! I wish I knew her name.
I came to pick up a delivery for Uber. The Starbucks note to drivers (that is different at every restaurant) says "the cafe is closed to drivers and customers" so I waited in the long line, and when I get to the speaker I tell them I am here to pick up a delivery order. They say OK, we will have it here at the window. When I get there they say, oh its for Uber? You're gonna have to come inside. Really?! After I wanted all that time in line because your owner didn't change the message on the app, now I have to waste even more time to park and wait again. I even showed the lady at the window what the message on the Uber app says about this particular Starbucks. She didn't care what it said. Very unprofessional staff that is unreasonable, and lacks any common sense and critical thinking/problem solving skills.
