I don't go too often, now that I'm not supposed to drive, but I was there with a friend, and I loved being able to purchase a special coffee drink! ?
This is by far the worst Satrbucks I have ever been too. The girl was nice just was horrible at making drinks. Please hire people that can actually make a drink. This isnt rocket science, hire smarter people.
Very disappointed the way I got service at this location. I went to buy my frappe today the barista name Christian has no sense of how to give customer service to their customers. I was standing at the register for 3-4 mins and he saw me he didn’t greet me or anything and he was talking to other employee. The employee told him to help me because I was waiting for him to talk my order. He is always been like this. He always Talk rudely with the customers. Not coming to this location again.
This place is my HOME away from HOME! By far my favorite people…Erika, Star, Christian and the rest of the crew are the best baristas EVER! Me and my Bambina are regulars here! They get our drinks right EVERY TIME! ❤️

This store for so long was one of my favorites….now, it’s awful. The mentality is “I’m too busy to do it right the first time, so I make your drink how I want to, and if you ask for it to be fixed it’ll be more messed up than it was before.”
We were in the neighborhood for the first couple of days of the recent big freeze and this was the only Starbucks open.I wanted to use stars on the Starbucks app to pay but they don't have the same system and the hag in the hijab was very rude telling me so.I say "good morning, can I cash in stars for a freebie?" then she says "so you got 150" and I say "no ma'am, 50" and she says "then no, we are not stand alone store"Next I was going to pay with the card attached to my app she said "you cannot do that here, we are not stand alone store"The other lady was embarrassed by the way she was talking to me and took over and explained which was cool.In the end the frappuccino for my son that her partner made was good but the Pikes Place sucked and the hag in the hijab should not be customer facing. She was horrible and I really wanted to punch her in the face.
This is my favorite place forever, i would like to go here every morning but somehow one of employees name Erica she always look unhappy and unprofessional, bad experience customer service.
This is usually one of my favorite locations. However it’s annoying how some of the baristas can make amazing drinks and others can’t get it right! Today my frappe was disgusting, bitter and incorrect. Sadly I might have to find a new location.
