Baristas were nice but for some reason, unlike many other locations, they don't sell oatmeal... I asked for chocolate croissant and they don't have that either so I just ordered a tea and a butter croissant, which they didn't bother to warm up until after I pointed it out to them... Another thing is that usually if Starbucks doesn't have something, it wouldn't be on the display case and in this case, it was so it was also misleading....
They don’t do birthday promotions like other Starbucks. Brought my daughter here to get her birthday drink. Apparently this is a special location that doesn’t follow Starbucks standards.

Baristas were polite and helpful. However, it is obvious that they are understaffed.I live in the area and have noticed this location being understaffed before. The employees are trying their best but cant keep up.Management !! Fix the issue !!Your stores are nothing without your staff.

Small medium and large is fancied up by words nobody uses except to order starbucks coffee.
Rude employees - Christmas Eve - bad attitude. Did not have either item we ordered so we did not order and got a hateful, snotty, attitude. Will not return to this location. We can buy our over priced coffee elsewhere.
I almost never write reviews but, this location is extremely slow in the morning. I’m not sure if they need more employees in the morning or a faster team. It’s the closest one to my house and I’m either late to work or out of coffee because they are so slow. I’m done giving them my business.
