Quick service and very nice employees.So sad they didn’t have hot cups so we couldn’t get a large hot beverage. But it’s not the employees fault.

Do not come here if you are in a rush. The Starbucks used to be good and now it’s the slowest one around. Waited 25+ mins in line i’m not doing it again. The customer service is not bad it’s just they need to hire people because that’s ridiculous to make us wait that long when we’re already paying top dollar for coffee.

Drive through order sign is black with a sign taped to it asking customers to be patient due to staffing shortages. We pull up to it and wait several minutes. Nobody comes on the intercom. We deduce that either the sign is broken or they have turned it off to force everyone to order at the window, in order to slow down traffic. So we get up to the window and are asked why we didn’t order at the sign? Then we are asked to pull around and wait AGAIN to order at the broken sign with the paper taped to it? Are you kidding me?!? Why couldn’t you take our order at the window anyway? Why is there no explanation that the sign display is broken but that your order will be taken at the sign? Why didn’t you answer the intercom during the 5 minutes we were actually in front of the sign?We don’t mind being patient for staffing shortages but enough with blaming staffing for ineptitude… DO BETTER!

Consistently never open on inside so when I place a mobile order I have to wait in drive through line. I don’t mind the drive through, but I did a mobile order so I don’t have to wait. Please stop accepting mobile orders if you can’t accommodate them.

They are VERY SLOW… plan an extra 15-20 minutes in your time waiting even with a mobile order!

Been going to this Starbucks for a while. Recently it seems like my drinks are always made incorrectly, having to wait at the intercom for long periods of time, and just overall bad service. I don’t know what’s going on but it wasn’t like this always. I don’t like to complain but it seems like for the past couple of weeks I’m always running into issues.

My husband and I always stop at Starbucks and today they got them perfect and the location is off 75 North, exit 33. We order the same thing everytime and that is the Carmel cappuccino with extra Carmel, extra shot of coffee and extra extra Carmel on top of the topping. It was so perfect and so delicious ??! We tried a couple of other locations off of 75 North, but they always mess the order up. Very frustrating when you place a order through the drive thru and they always mess them up. The texture was perfect as it was cold, fresh and creamy without any chips of ice in them. Super friendly staff. Thank you Starbucks!

The Starbucks on Spring Valley is just up the road and the people are always respectful unlike at this location. They are super combative at this location. It shouldn’t take as much effort on a customers end to order no foam- it’s a button that takes zero effort to press. Just press the button like they do everywhere else. I don’t care how you make it, but I don’t want 1/4 nor even an 1/8 of my cold drink for be froth. A gallon of milk is less that the cost of the drink- why be so dramatic about pouring extra milk into the cup before making it to avoid an issue. This isn’t rocket science. SMH. Save yourself the trouble by driving down the road to a friendly, mature, and competent staff ?

This has to be the worst Starbucks ever. They're rude just as the other reviewers say and they cannot make a drink right. Doesnt matter what drink I get from here it always ends up tasting like water with a hint of coffee. Not even sure how you could mess up an order so bad.

I normally like this location, but today while I was waiting inside for my drink, 3 people came in, apparently 2 of them worked there. Instead of assisting with the actual customer orders, they went behind the counter and made their own drinks and then came back out to where the PAYING customers were.
