This place has some issues. I know it was $0.50 corn corn dogs today but I waited at a stall for 43 minutes for my order. Others were having the same issue I know because I heard some calling on the app. Lived near this one for years and there have been too many instances like this. I didn't inquire this time but other times it was ONE person working the whole thing! I had just gone out with my dog to run to CVS and while in line decided to get Sonic as I sometimes do. Not a sure thing anymore.

Definitely not their finest hour here. Pulled in for a quick bite and left feeling ripped off and unappreciated. We both ordered chicken tender dinner combo that with tip was $20. Chicken tenders were overcooked /dried out, Texas toast was soaked so that it just tasted like grilled oil rather than bread & tots were clearly tossed into cooled fryer so they absorbed tons of oil as well. Ok - so yes, it was a fried meal but if done properly and left to drain/cool a few minutes, each component retains its own flavor. Here nothing like that happened so essentially we spent $20 for inedible food. But the real kicker was the service. Server said meals came with white gravy but in fact there were no sauces inside the box at all. He makes trip for sauces. Meanwhile we discover no salt, pepper or even napkins were provided so yet another trip for those and now we're getting the attitude face as if we really deserve nothing and no more of his time. Overall no longer good value - poor quality food and service here.

Ordered through the app and got there when my food was done in the timeframe but still waited over 20 minutes. Won’t recommend this Sonic at all.

They took my order wrong and charged the incorrect amount, then I called back asking for the correct charge, the guy who took the phone said yes that he will fix it but he did nothing, such a shame. Good reviews easily turn negatives whenever an employee doesnt do what he said that he will be doing...

I am actually a manager at another Sonic in the area, so this review is actually hard for me to do. But sometimes businesses need to see their mistakes from their outside observers in the same line of work in hopes that they can rectify the problem in the future. This is not a personal attack, just constructive criticism.A banana shake was ordered. A while later, we were notified the bananas were not available so the girl offered to make a different shake. We chose a hot chocolate shake. We waited. Longer than we should have. (Out the door...we all know the rest of the saying). So the carhop comes out and we mention that we have seen other people get their food and shakes. Her response: "We had to switch up your order". As a manager, I am disappointed hearing this. Her correct response should have been: "I am so sorry for the wait involved. If there's anything we can do to make it right, please let us know." Please remember at Sonic the customer comes first and if we don't have a product we should still be doing everything we can to send our customers on their way 100% satisfied.

The kids in there are just riding the clock. Every time I’ve gone there it’s always takes forever. Tonight there was no one there and it took 10 minutes to get my food and I just ordered for myself. I knocked on the drive through window and all of a sudden my food was ready. Never going back again!!!

Everytime I come here to order at a car hop port they never answer. I waited 8-15 minutes every time before I gave up and went to the drive through. But miraculously they answer the drive through the moment I get there. This place needs some help or better staff or something…also my burger was cold and stale. I wonder how long it was sitting there for.

The app says today is $0.50 cent corn dog day, the lady on the speaker said otherwise when I asked to confirm. Not going to THIS sonic ever again, just the one on Main where they actually honor the deal.

After waiting for 10 minutes they finally come to the drive thru intercom to say they not taking orders. If you had just said that when w pulled up I would have understood but you let your customers wait. Poor customer service.
