The customer service is non-existent at this location. The person responsible for taking my order, Lucy was not friendly and was very argumentative when asking about the wrong item that was rung in on their part. I would recommend traveling a few extra miles and going to the one on Stacey.
We had a great experience at this sonic. Aubrey was our server and see was so nice and pleasant. Honestly they were great and provided great service.
I'm not from the area but I wanted to try one of the new slushes. I saw that this location said it closes at 12am..I arrived at 11pm and attempted to order and was told they were already closed for the night
One of the best places to buy fast food and their shakes are 2nd to none.
Nice people and quick service but dear lord, its become an ongoing joke between all of us how they will NEVER EVER EVER give you the sauce thats supposed to come with anything you order on the mobile app. Every time it'll say it comes with ranch, or whatever, and they'll never give it. Gets so old and has cost us so much time requesting they go back and give it to us or just going home and its not there and the food lacking what its supposed to come with.
Friendly fast service. Half price drinks with the app. 44oz of fresh brewed tea and good food. Whats not to love.
I work across the street and go here often enough to confidently say they are fast and friendly and I prefer to go here over any other sonic in the area!

Got there 15 before close and they didn't answer the red button. Lights are on. Workers don't want to do their jobs. Literally just wanted a coke.
The option to leave notes on uber eats is gone. So now I almost never get any sauce with my order.
