Just ordered from the WATTERS CREEK location. I have never had Snappy Salads but will be often now. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. The greens are so fresh and everything was made perfectly and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend. INFACT SO GOOD I had to stop eating and make this review.
Just left this location.Order # 22Bad Customer Service. The price of my order was wrong. My order was incorrect, and they failed to correct it. So just left not to argue.
Came in to catch a lunch with my friend. Got Chimichurri Steak salad with no modifications, apart from asking them to use Balsamic Vinegar. The man taking everyones orders was incredibly rushed, seemed as they were trying to do everything, and visibly rushing me and other guests during their ordering process. I distinctly and clearly told him "Instead of the sauce I want plain balsamic vinegar". He put vinaigrette on my salad and mixed it in. That is 200 calories I was actively trying to avoid by asking for vinegar, and one rushed employee not listening ruined it for me. I would have got the main sauce it came with if I had that many calories to waste. Furthermore they were literally snapping their fingers at the lady behind me as she was trying to spit out her order at the speed this man was trying to get customer to keep up with. He had a shaved head and looked about a lean build. More worried about his speed, and rushing the ordering process than actually listening.

Ordered from this location via DoorDash and got the Go Go Steak wrap. It arrived and is ridiculously small. It looks like a $0.99 burrito from Taco Bell. Can't believe they charge $10 for how little food is in this meal. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Great service, friendly staff, good food at a reasonable price.I get take-out here regularly. This is one of the few places that always gets my order right and has it ready on-time. A+
I usually don't like salads but the salads here are really good. They're a bit pricey though but given the location, it's not really a surprise..
What happends with your wraps?! Tortilla became bad, it was so delicious, buttery and fresh. It was half of wrap taste, and now it's ruined(( Please return good tortillas!
Crisp greens, lots to select from and great service!! I was very happy with the service and attitude of the staff only an hour from closing. It wasn't crowded and I was greeted as I came in. The atmosphere was pleasant and not too noisy.
