I have been getting my smoothies from here for almost an year now and never had any complaint. Staff/owners are very polite and friendly and they make great smoothies with good quality fruits/products. I don't understand why some negative minded people would leave a bad review for small businesses and hard working people just because they "accidently" had a bad experience. We are all humam beings and we all make mistakes, and we should give each other a chance to make it right before posting negativity.
I would give this smoothie factory a rating of zero stars. I had paid for a smoothie and accidentally over tipped the staff member, Tony. I asked for a refund for the overtip but was told by Tony She did not know how to refund the money back. Tony called the owner who told her that she could refund the whole amount. When she refunded was in the process of refunding me back she said it will all be refunded back to me in a few days. She also said that she needed to charge me for another smoothie since I will be refunded for the total and tip. Tony told me I needed to pay for the smoothie again and took another payment for the same smoothie. When I looked at my bank statement I had been refunded back for only the smoothie. in essence, I was charged $19.51 for one smoothie. Confusing service and rude staff member.The smoothie was not very tasty. I have had better smoothies from Smoothie King and Family Health Market in Frisco.There was no sign or note on the payment pad that day. i wish to have my smoothie refunded to me. I have put in a call to corporate if you are refusing to refund my money. This should not be this hard to get a full refund of $9.51.
Best smoothie place I could ever go to. They have good smoothies and a lot of great options to chose from.
Wow, amazing service and amazing products. I appreciate that they wear masks inside and are taking necessary safety precautions to keep the public safe. The smoothies and juice are both fresh and delicious!
They used Great Value brand fruit for my smoothie bowl. I would have excepted better quality for something that costs $9. They also topped my bowl with frozen strawberries which were virtually inedible and was a huge waste. The flavor was okay but overall this was the worst smoothie bowl I have ever had. They should stick to smoothies only. Eating nothing would have been better than the disappointment I felt after eating this.
They have paper straw option, so I gave them 5 stars also regarding to the tasty drink.Anyway, they better clean up the store a bit.

Updated! They are much better now than before. The man who served me was prompt, professional and made my smoothie perfectly. Old review in quotes below."Indian lady had me wait while she wrapped up her personal phone call in the back. As long as you order what's on the menu, she can make it... One at a time. If you see three people in line, don't go in because it takes her too long. She's argued with me and others. It's bad."
Really yummy smoothies and great service. The social distancing rules were taken very seriously and the workers were behind a plastic barrier so I felt like my safety was being put first. Will definitely be making this my smoothie spot!
