I understand this place is going thru something with the owners, last visit I got home & NO rice with my $20.00 meal. I called the (niece of the owner) said tell her next visit. So I decided to go back today & mentioned to her when placing my order I received NO rice last visit. They were sorry she said. I asked for chicken broccoli no extra vegetables with brown sauce. They did give me “extra” rice with this order & a soup, but my order was wrong again!!!!!!!!I don’t need extra items, I would like my order to be correct.Too bad I really did like this place guess it’s time to find another Chinese restaurant.
First of all, they switched to paper bags to carry the food and the oil/juices leaked out from the black container to the bottom of the paper bag. I would have overlooked that mess if the food was any good.I ordered the chicken with broccoli and It was tasteless. the rice were rubbery. I am never going back there again.
Small family owned business. Service was fine.. But i dont think they follow health code. I ordered sweet n sour chicken. The chicken and sauce was fine. The vegetables were cold and tasted very old. Like they were fermenting. They were all sour. Pineapple. Onions green peppers.. They didnt look right.. I stopped eating it..my girl got orange chicken and the broccali was clearly expired. The rice was clearly cooked a day or 2 before.it was terrible.. Their lo mein noodles is just italian pasta.. Very sad. This place sucks.. Will never go back. Reading other 1 star reviews. Other people had the same issues about the food being old. I will call the Health department and report this business..
I have been going to Skillman Wok for almost 15 years. The service is always amazing and the food is always fresh and good! Skillman is one of our favorite places in the DFW metroplex. I recommend the General Tso Chicken and Won Ton soup paired with an egg roll and fried rice. Yum!!
I’m done ordering from here. What is the point of taking my order over the phone if you can’t even get it right?!? I got there and my order wasn’t ready in the time frame they said they would have it ready in. They had to ask me 3 times what my order was and still managed to get it entirely wrong. I’ve been ordering here for so long but their service has gone down hill.
Great General TSO chicken. Prices are too cheap owner needs to raise prices for his amazing food. Only took 6 minutes to get take out!

Not good quality food. I ordered from here twice. The first time I dealt with a lady I go was super rude and hung up on me. The second time, I asked specifically if the dish is spicy and not sweet. He said yes. I picked up and it was super sweet. I’m sure he used incorrect sauce for the base.
His vegetables had a mold like taste so we took it back and he said do not come back again. Now we have been supporting his place for over 8 years will not go back ever again. Check his food before you eat it
Staff was very rude when they got out order wrong. We called to get it had our receipt and the man was arguing with us telling us that we we're wrong. After we showed the receipt. Terrible customer service and even worse food. Not worth the prices. Will not be ordering here again.
