I used to dine here years ago when living in town and recently moved back. I got pick up one night, and even then I was instantly greeted with urgency by everyone who saw me standing as I was waiting. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions give you your bang for your buck and more! The staff is very friendly and service is great. I love this Thai restaurant and will continue coming back as long as it’s here.
Our family with our two young toddlers were dining tonight and our server was just a delight and very kind. Our two boys were making lots of noise and despite them causing a ruckus, our server kindly stepped in to help them calm down so we can enjoy our delicious meals!! Can't say enough about her, ask for Sergia. We had some problems in the past but the owner came and sat down and talked to us about our past experiences with our last server and after listening he paid for our meals!!! Talk about a night! He was upfront that his business is coping through the challenges of Covid and being short staffed and is trying to make it better. not only the food was delicious but also the management is top notch, highly recommend and will be going back soon. If you ever feel like you need a family place to eat, this is it!! We left a good tip.

I will say I have never seen someone treat their staff in such disrespect the way my wife, kids and I saw tonight. The owner/manager or who ever he was spoke to several of his staff in an ill manner on multiple occasions and even snatched papers out of our waitresses hands at one point. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I can guarantee my family was not the only ones to have witnessed this and hope that we are not the only ones who will never visit this establishment again.

We ordered last night and we’re pretty disappointed. We got the seafood big bowl soup and my husband said there was no spice at all - tasted like bland chicken noodle soup. This entree was $-7 dollars. Food was cold because the delivery was 30 min. late with menufy. Stars are for the kind delivery guy who apologized, and my chicken fried rice was really good, just kinda cold.
We were thrown a surprise engagement party here and it was lovely! Everyone was so friendly and attentive and I'm told it was very easy to plan! The food and drinks were great as well.
I’ve been going here regularly for 15 years and have never had a negative experience. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and honest about when they are busy so you know when your food will come. The management is truly some of the best in NTX; I cannot say enough how incredible the owner is!There is a massive supply chain and service staff distribution right now, and Silver Thai has handled this stress so well and transparently. There are a lot of things out of the restaurant industry’s control right now and I look forward to supporting silver thai through it!
Great Thai food with great flavor and pretty accurate on the spice level although I end up needing the spice rack anywhere I go. The serving staff is amazing and very attentive to your point in the meal.
This was the worst Thai food and customer service ever I will not recommend anyone I know to eat here. I ordered my food and didn’t receive it until 45mins later also what I order was bland no taste to it. The waitress did not ask if I would like it any kind of flavor and she thought it would be good just the way they serve it after waiting 45 minutes later. That food was Disgusting. If I cloud give this place a negative o I would!!!!!
