First time earing food from Schlotzsky's. I would rate my Smoked Turkey Breast sandwich as very good. I especially liked the toasted bun. Had just the right amount of crunch to it. Had a nice light touch of Mayo without making it too slippery to stay together. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The smoked turkey was very flavorful and tasty. I would eat here again.
Ordered simple original, but half the ingredients were missing. How hard is it to make your signature sandwich with no alterations?
Slightly busy during a lunch time visit but that cannot be the reason to serve undercooked pizza and insipid broccoli cheese soup. Several other sibling stores do a better job.Not expecting much but just a little attention to serving food only when it is done is a better practice than trying to compete with the clock.
I ordered the Southwestern Chicken Salad and was very disappointed to receive the order missing some of the most important ingredients of the salad: black beans and corn! Only to realize the salad had less chicken than normal, was full of wilted spring mix and old tomatoes. Very, very sad and a total waste of my evening.
Bad experience. Drive thru worker was rude. Ordered sandwich with chicken, they gave me turkey, literally no sauce on it. Bbq flatbread was lathered in bbq sauce. Very unappetizing overall.
I used to come to this location all the time but the last few times I’ve been coming here, I’ve had a bad experience. They need better staff. It’s ashamed the kind of people they have working these registers. I won’t be coming here anymore that’s for sure! I’ll take my money somewhere else!
I love the food and the menu but, just like most fast-food service. The staff is too busy visiting with one another and not making sure that your order is correct. This gets old really fast, if you sacrifice in customer service just to attempt to multitask, at the end of the day the only thing that you have accomplished “for certain” is losing faithful customers…that’s a fact.

The Chipotle avocado chicken flatbread is amazing! I would eat it for every meal if I could.
Food was delicious however there was a terrible ecounter with this employee named Stephanie. She was very rude to me and her tone of voice felt as if she didn't want to work that day.
