On the way to a cookout at a friends house we stopped to grab lemonade and tea at the Fairview location. It was a Sunday afternoon and only one person was in the lobby when I walked in to order. It took them 12 minutes to fill two gallon jugs!!!! In that time 5 other customers got their orders while I stood there waiting. After 8 minutes the blonde at the counter finally told someone to get them since I guess the don’t show up on the menu screen for the crew to make. The employee who eventually got around to making it must have been part tortoise because he couldn’t possibly have moved any slower and went back and forth From the kitchen to the front counter four times. Slowest service EVER!
The service was okay. Not very friendly at all. Food was hot. Brought the 25 pack it only comes with chicken only in a pan. Any thing else is extra. Not for little kids, teenagers and up suited for. Handicap not really equipped for at all. Electric doors needed installed and drive thur constantly busey. Other than minor management not out of way of customers they could have been in a corner. Special kids they have patience with is a plus.
Better than chic FIL a for your chicken. Fries are ok. That chicken is fire though. Top notch for fast food
First time eating at raising canes where I got the box combo. Not sure what the craze is about. It was ok, not great but not bad at the same time. It's a bit bland without the sauce so don't forget it! Great customer service though.
Best fried chicken in the business! I have never had Raising Cane's until I moved here to Dallas, and now I'm sad that I've missws out on it for so long! Their Cane sauce is amazing, and their chicken is so tender (pun intended). Though they only really have one thing on the menu (Chicken Tenders), you know they're good at it! This is a great place to grab some quick protein!
There is absolutely no reason… NO REASON AT ALL to serve a customer frites like this! This is absolutely disgusting. They are soggy, cold and old AF! I was in a rush and didn’t check my order (that’s my fault) but if I had I drained would have gotten a refund. People are spending their hard earned monies with them and they are serving trash!
Chicken fingers were large and very tender, fries were very good. Their house Lemonade is quite tasty and a nice break from sodas or iced tea. We had never been to a Raising Canes before, as we were travelling and there aren't any where we live, but we will go again if we have the chance.
Always good and fresh.The best chicken by far for fast food. And their fries are good too.
I used to like raising canes and was very loyal.but lately I don’t know if it’s just the location or they changed the recipe for the batter in the chicken? It’s never crispy anymore now it’s soggy.
My food was yummy and warm and came quickly. The staff was friendly even in the drive thru. My only complaint is I wish I had gotten one more thing of Canes Sauce!
