Our group did not have a good experience here. The food was way overcook and the service was poor. Our server barely checked on us and when a manger passed by they stop at that table before us and then after us totally skipping to check on us to see how we were doing. We definitely recommend visiting the Pluckers location in Plano. Better food and better service!
Our server was very slow. 20 minutes to get our drinks. Food arrived cold. The replacement fries were literally the exact same cold fries that were sent back the first time. Like I wouldn’t notice. Shame - because I love the waffle fries, and I couldn’t even eat them because they were so cold. Waste of a side that was paid for. My husbands tots were also cold. The wings on the other hand were outstanding. We just won’t be back to this location.
It fell from grace once a must now its just Eh, just the average wing place now.Regular wings are cold, dry and not even good meat.Boneless are mostly batter and very little chicken. To add to the crime, they are very very HARD. Like it should not be this hard to chew on chicken mean.Overprice, better places and the vibe (atmosphere) is where divorced dad takes you on Tuesdays.

Took my Bambina to 1 of our favorite lunch spots and had a GREAT experience thanks to Willie! We’ve been a ton of times but this one was overall the BEST! We like our wings extra crispy and this is the 1st time our server had said he hits a button for 2 min extra cook time and asked us how many times we wanted the extra fry time! We chose 2 (equaling 4 extra fryer minutes) and everything came out perfect! Go here for sure and ask for Willie!

The wings were okay.I got sesame wings along with spicy garlic and something.I would suggest breaded over the sauces tbh. Or breaded with sauce would make them taste better.We also got the fried Mac which was pretty good and a beer.All in all it was okay.They do offer a military discount which I highly appreciate and respect.
Ordered online a couple of months ago. Wanted fried chicken fingers, but the option wasn't available online and out of confusion I ordered naked fingers. Emailed pluckers who said that they bread their chicken in house but supplies were low (on breading I guess), and offered to refund for mistake + gift card bc their online store was not displaying full menu, etc. 3 months later, no refund, no gift card, no reply from company (LIES). All good, here's a 1 star review and a lost customer, pluckers. ?
This was my first time using your establishment for my UE order. Please make the containers/to-go bags for the food delivery orders tamper proof. I'd feel a lot more comfortable ordering from you in the future. Also, for as much as I paid for the meal, you could've put more fries in with the order.
We came here for a work happy hour this week and it was really good. I have not had the opportunity to try this place out since living in Allen and i have been missing out. The wings were really tasty and the beer was on point. The wait staff was really nice. I need to take my wife here soon.
