Pizza Hut on Stacy Road in Allen, TX -Rachel (hope her name is correct, my apologies to her, if I got her name wrong!) called me about my online order and she was so nice and accommodating! I absolutely loved the pizza! It was still hot when delivered and the taste was outstanding, including a crust that was perfectly crisp and delicious! I will definitely order from this Pizza Hut again!
We have been customers for many years but the lack of delivery drivers is making it less likely that we will order again. Over double the expected delivery time last night.with no explanation. Employee shortages are everywhere. How you deal with them is important. The lone driver got out of his car last. night saying “it’s not my fault”. I completely agree….management is certainly to blame.
We have a grandson who is allergic to dairy so we always order from PH because no one else offers a personal size. We get extra pepperoni, no cheese. He loves having his own pizza. Tonight we got our pizza and it was burned to a crisp. The pepperoni was crisp. The crust black. You can imagine the face of a 3 year old looking at that. There is no way on earth they could have not known they were giving us something that was not edible. Very displeased
Called in delivery Sunday. Waited and hour and a half. To get a phone call saying what time are you picking up your order? And they arnt delivering now. No apology. Very rude. And when I requested a refund. She hung up on me. Terrible
Go back to the old recipe. Whatever you guys are doing now, the pan pizza crust tastes salty. Almost makes it uneatable. Terrible. Used to be my favorite pizza place, now near or at the bottom. Highly disappointing. Right now, everybody out pizzas the hut.
The pizza was fresh out of the oven and into my hands and was tasty as always.

Arrogant bearded guy at the register today. Nobody is forcing you to work there! Freaking shave and learn some manners if you're going to be working near food!
I ordered two large pizza it supposed to be ready by 4.15 as per the email confirmation and I was waiting to for pizza more than 10 minutes there is response form the employees
My friend and I ordered pizza and wings last week and Jasmine L. not only took our order but she delivered to us as well. (A few doors down). Our food was hot and fresh Jasmine L. was polite and professional, she went above and beyond. Thanks Jasmine L!
