We ordered pizza at 6:33 pm for delivery and in the special instructions we asked for it to be well done. The pizza delivery arrived in less than 35 minutes and when we opened the box it looked like it had been barely baked. It looked undercooked and raw. The crust was white, not golden, and the cheese was barely melted…not even baked to a normal doneness. We had to finish the baking process before we could eat it.

Ordered the new spicy lover’s pizza. It comes with red chili peppers and extra cupping pepperoni, but instead got a regular pepperoni pizza with a ton of jalapeños thrown on top. That is not at all what I ordered.

I ordered thru the app for delivery at a later time of the day. I received a message that is was out for delivery and nothing else. When I called to find out where my delivery was, I was told that the 20 minute drive was too far for them. This was a terrible experience overall. I can't begin to describe the disappointment this caused. The lack of communication by the management of this store to their customers, has me wondering how they treat their employees. How will I get my points back, while I am thinking about it?

Will literally never order from here again. My food was delivered 2 hours after I ordered. I work In the food industry so that wasn’t my issue because I know everyone is short staffed. My issue is I ordered $30 worth of food for it to come completely burnt and literally looked like it was half eaten before dropped off. Called the store just to be disconnected 3 times before even getting to talk to someone. Taking my lose for the night but definitely won’t be back.

I am very impressed with the both the user interface and the level of customer service the delivery driver had. Also, the pizza arrived to my door at hot temperature and cooked to perfection. Therefore I would definitely recommend Pizza Hut to my family and friends.

We made a mistake on an online order. We tried to contact the store no one answered after 5 phone calls. I drove to the store to cancel my order. The customer service sucks. We have had problems with Pizza Hut before this time we’re not going back.

The order was fresh and hot and tasted great. Loved the desserts too! So fast and easy. The delivery person was kind and friendly. My grandkids loved the food and no cooking or dishes!!! A Win Win!!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered at 6:53, notified it was leaving restaurant at 7:37. Waited 40 minutes for food. I tried to call the store 4 times and each time was disconnected before speaking to anyone, so I called corporate to have them transfer me. Got disconnected again. Left my house to go to the store to get a refund at 8:30 then the dude rings my doorbell at 8:38PM. Where was he for an HOUR? It’s 5 minutes from my house. Cold pizza. Rubbery cheese. Weird wings. Never again.

I need someone to pick up the phone at your store, your driver dropped a cheese pizza with two sodas off but I ordered a super supreme. He didn't seem to understand my instructions for contactless delivery either, he tried opening my storm door to tell me something that I couldn't make out.UPDATE: I ordered a super supreme pizza with a large bottle of water but the delivery person delivered a cheese pizza with a couple of sodas that I did not ordered. The delivery person also did not follow my instructions for contactless delivery and proceeded to come close and open the storm door to tell me something that I could not understand. I didn't know the order was wrong till I brought it in and looked at it. I tried calling the store but no one picked up several times. I was routed to a person who said they only take new orders and do not supply updates. They quickly forwarded me back to the store saying "I promise they will pick up" but no one did.I took the pizzas and sodas back for a refund on Sunday and fortunately the guys working that day put it back on my debit card- I'll see if it clears in the next few days. I'm not sure why I can never get anyone on the phone at this location and they have major customer service issues other than the two guys that helped with my refund. The store was also not clean when I went in yesterday. They have several horrible Google reviews, how can this store stay open or not be put under new management? I also was only recently able to order online from this store, as no other Pizza Hut in my area delivers to this area. It's unfortunate, I like Pizza Hut but if this is the service I get from them and other local Pizza Huts I will be staying away for a while.

I ordered a large supreme on the app and removed bell peppers as a topping. I then comented in the request box no bell peppers. When my pizza arrived it had bell peppers. I then tried calling to get a replacement. The automated phone service has 2 options 1. Order 2. All other. When you press 2 the call drops immediately. I tried that 3 times to verify. I then called and pressed 1. The first person tried to transfer me to my local store and the call dropped. The second tried the same with the same result. The third had me one hold for 5+ minutes before my call was dropped. In short I now have a large pizza in the trash because no one here eats bell peppers and have wasted some money.
