Didn’t ask for hard crispy pizza. I’ve braces & it hurt to bite into the pizza. If yu wanna lose a tooth come here.
I ordered through the app. When my pizzas came, one of them was absolutely wrong. The experience of trying to call the local store only to get routed through their call system and cut off TEN times was a study in frustration. I just wanted the pizza that I ordered but I could not be connected to anybody at my local store. They offered to give me the corporate number and then cut me off before they could give it to me. This was in my 11th call to their system. I simply wanted my correct pizza! Why is it so difficult to speak to my local store?
I felt terrible for ordering so late…. But I work 13 hours a day. I was home and starving after work. Order Showed up early. Food was GREAT. It would be a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the contactless delivery… I opened the door to thank the person I TIPPED…… my pizza was on the ground and they were climbing into their car. Seriously? I didn’t request my food to be set on the floor where have caught a bobcat urinating… this is ridiculous
So seriously done with this store. I was hung up on twice and all I was trying to do was get a pizza and get my free Cinnabons from the last time i ordered when they took my points but never gave me my item. They said they would have it on my acct when I called the next time. So tonight, The first time I called, the lady took my order and then said so you want the brownies and I said no, Cinnabon is what I am owed. This was already after explaining the situation fully...twice!! She said can I put you on hold. While I was waiting, you can hear it get picked up and then hung up on me. I called back, I guess this went to an order line. Figured that one out after about 10 min of me saying someone just took my order and was hung up on. After giving my full order once again, I explained how they took my points and I just wanted my free dessert that was owed to me. She said she couldn't see it on my acct and would have to transfer me to the store. I said why, so I can get hung up on again? She said no, I'll stay on the line with you until they answer. Sure enough, I was hung up on. They had my number!! No one even tried to call back. Over it!! Not good service!
This place is terrible. They put the delivery time out to 84-94 minutes, then have a driver take 4 orders at a time so by the time you get your pizza it’s cold. Middle Eastern manger is playing games with the computer.
I was told the delivery time would be within 25-35 mins. My order arrived over an hour later. When I tried calling the pizza hut location to confirm my order was on the way my call was dropped repeatedly. I could not get a person on the phone. My pizza was also made incorrectly.
We called our pizza hut before ordering online and they kept picking up the phone and then hanging up. Pizza was hot but toppings were all dried out. Wings barely had any sauce. I think we will try other pizza places from now on.
This location is usually very quick and processing and completing orders. I have never had an issue with a wrong or incomplete order here. They seem to have a well maintained store with a quality staff that is properly trained. All things that are difficult on there own.
If i could give 0 stars I would. They refuse to pick up the phone, absolutely refuse! When you ask they try to tell you it goes to an automated system when actually you're given a choice to go thru the system or call the store directly. Yet every other Pizza Hut with the same options answers their phone. Imagine that??? Then when you order pan and they give you dinner box pizza... they actually ran out of crusts but they don't actually tell you and just substitute another. When you arrive and ask what is this... they try to tell you its the same when it isn't. This place has sadly ran down hill. This was the manager!
I expect a full refund on my credit card. Pizza was cold and had black olives which was not ordered due to severe allergie. Pizza went straight to trash. Nobody would answer 1-800# and store hung up on me 4 times. Unacceptable
