Absolute worst service!! I will be reaching out to the Chief Customer and Operations Officer, Nicolas Burquier at the Plano, TX headquarters to report Malik at this location!!!
I admire this venue very much. It has a different ambiance. The food is marvelous. the service is dynamic and the team is courteous. The price is honest. greatly recommend.
Beware of FRAUD!! Check your bank statements! There is a delivery driver at this local store is adding small tips to CC receipts in hopes he didn’t got caught. However I caught him and the store manager yelled at me and called me a liar. She wouldn’t even apologize and said I was making it up bc he has NEVER done it before. I’m sure he is doing it just consumers aren’t noticing bc it is smaller amounts. No matter the amount this is unethical.
Ordered two pizzas and this is how we received them. This was worst of the two. This is unacceptable, not to mention the delivery driver wasn’t very friendly. Judging by the other reviews, they need to get rid of the drivers.

They cannot make buffalo wings
Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, this is the second time this week I ordered the same pizzas both times getting the buffalo chicken one wrong. The first time I just let it be than tonight I called to talk to the manager where I was greeted disrespectfully and telling me she has no cooks where that does not matter as I am paying to have the right pizza made. She than goes to keep arguing with me and I ask her name and says she is not required to tell me and I said okay than I will reach out to corporate and she abruptly hangs up the phone with me. I call back and she hands the phone to the cook... what is he supposed to do? That is totally inappropriate, I than am handed back to her and ask for a refund and she says I am not allowed to do that you will have to talk to my area coach I than ask for her name and where I can contact her and she than refuses to give her contact or name and tells me she has witnesses that has heard me speak to her and will be calling her general manager and this call is recorded which I am thinking thank goodness so they can see how rude she is. I still do not have her name and still do not have a refund or anything. I hope she is not a manager for much longer as that behavior is so inappropriate.
