My vegetable pizza was a real good one.All my family members enjoyed the pizzas.
Poor store on all standards. Ordered online at 1110am, arrived at store 20mins later, my pizza was Not even made yet let alone ready for pickup. Waited another 20mins for my pizza, who would spend 40mins for a quick pizza?! I’m taking my biz over to Dominos
I just paid 72$ for my order order that I picked up now to find all my pizzas and my Appetisers are burned I called the store to inform them and they said it’s was not even well doneShe basically said It’s not trueIs this the customer service that you offer for your customers !!!!!!I will never order again
My order was delivered with a Pepsi that tasted flat/expired. I called this location to complain but was told by manager that I'd have to go to the store to pick up a replacement. No apologies from the manager, so I won't be ordering their food from there again.
Ordered the parmesean crusted smoky bacon papadia expecting it to look similar to the picture and description online. What I received was an inedible burnt crust lathered in bbq sauce and minimally "stuffed" with bacon. Asked for a refund and I was told that this is what the sandwich should look like. I received a refund after asking Brittany if she would eat a sandwich that looked like the one I received.Try another location if you're expecting good customer service and decent edible food.
Online service had technical difficulty and the manager Brittany was rude and didnot want to honor online prices even the message online said to call their store to place orders. Not recommending this or any other Papa John Pizza stores!
Ordered a pizza, it wasn’t delivered. Was told I’d have to wait another hour+. Highly recommend you stay away from this location.
Papa John’s customer service sucks! Website says 30-40 minutes to order but the delivery takes more than an hour!! When you call them and get to talk a human being after 10 minutes of waiting their respond is very rude, they say the app is WRONG! They don’t even apologize for their horrible service.I will never buy from papa John’s and I don’t recommend it to any one.
I will never go to Papa John's again. Took too long to get a small pizza. The young lady at the register didn't know what she was doing and it took me almost an hr to get my pizza and 2 customers wanted a refund.
I just got off the phone with Eric and I placed an order while RAPPING! He got everything I said down without missing anything he played along and was a good sport!
