This location essentially closes at 8:30, as they will refuse to allow you to sit down inside. I got here at 8:30 and had multiple employees tell me that it's to-go only and they just stood around the back joking and left the dining area a wreck with tons of trash and dirty floors. I don't understand why they shut the dining room down so early, if it isn't to get it cleaned faster and get the employees out the door at 9.
The burger was not as advertised via image and was literally just chicken and they didn’t originally put the buffalo sauceThe pizza bacon was burnt and lacked taste. The cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs were the only kicks
Love ❤️ it! Great costumers service!
This is great location surrounded by many stores. The soups are excellent and their bread bowl is unique. The “pick 2” combo has many options and allows mix-and-match of soups, salads and sandwiches. Our most recent trip was specifically for their French Onion Soup and it was wonderful. A great meal for a cold day.
2 girls who i saw at the counter when i walked in i asked her one questions about the menu and she clocked out and ran away from me, then the next girl i asked a question about a sandwich and my boyfriend was looking at her and she asked him what he was staring at in a very rude way and then ran off as well? 3rd girl was sweet, but food was over priced and not that good.
We were grabbing coffee but it ran out so I asked the employees at the cashier if there was any more coffee. One girl immediately left to find coffee while this tall guy just stared at me like I was giving him a 20 item order. Then we realized that there were no lids so we went to ask again and as he was replacing it he touched the inside of the lids and didn't throw away the bag holding the lids. I threw it away for him after he walked away. The 2nd star is only because the girl gave a smile and was quick on her feet.
This place has really gone down hill. The food is not hot. Our cookie was hard as a rock. We weren't sure if we were supposed to get up and get our own food. The tables were dirty. A vacuum cleaner was just sitting out. Not what it used to be.
I ordered an Asian Salad at the Allen location. It was nothing but a bowl full of slightly old and wilted lettuce, with about 2 oz of tasteless chicken and a few crunchies. The tables were dirty when we were trying to find a table. The ladies restroom was dirty and only had a stack of napkins to dry your hands with. I will ever return to eat at Panera, as I have had similar experiences at other locations. My friend’s food was equally sad. Very disappointing.
Online ordered (through their website, which I have done many times) for delivery... half a tuna sandwich and a cup of soup. After waiting an hour and a half I called the store to ask why so long, and that I was going to have to leave my office soon and may not be here if it took much longer. The person that answered asked my last name, and said she was aware the order did go out, but for as far as the status of my order, she couldn't be of any help as it was a third party service. So, the meal never arrived. I can't imagine much worse service than that.
1 star is being gracious. It took 45mins for my order just to be wrong. I understand low staffing but when the 2 managers are line cooks and the order is still messed up that’s a problem. I ordered a Greek salad with imaginary olives and croutons. My chips also look like they’ve been ashed on. The inside of the location looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. This location needs Gordon Ramsay or to simply close.
