Nothing ready except 1 serving of Sweet fire chicken and “some” orange chicken. Everything else on the menu was either not being served or wouldn’t be ready for at least 20 minutes due to “the cook is slow” or “he’s only cooking 1 item. What?! I get it. It’s the sign of the times, but close the drive through if you have nothing to serve customers.

I wish I could have a Negative rating and I will give them -4 as I came in today to order 3 Family meals and I had the worst experience on my entire restaurant order life!! 3 Family combos was for our employees appreciation of 15 employees and when I started to order each family order the servers got lost, then a employee got involved her self and started to ask what else so quick that I could not keep up with the order I had on my list. She was very hipper and abrasive; messy when packing the food and then at the end when I got my receipt print out I notice she over charged me. This place needs a better management and retraining of their employees. Glad that I was a mystery shopper so I can actually make a difference for the corporation, I am so mad that I have to add this post. Even when I am risking the opportunity not ever evaluate PE anymore, people need to know this girl needs retraining or to be gone so the this PE location can succeed. Good look to the manager that does not mange correctly!!

Trash!!!!!!! They said they only had one serving of the honey sesame chicken….One serving for who?A toddler? That was less than a serving and could have kept the whole meal cause it’s in the trash. Some pieces of my chicken(I only had 5 little crumbs and 1 small piece) was under cooked I could still see what looked like blood and chicken fat. And my rice was crunchy. Definitely my last time giving this location any of my business.

The meals were all cold. Like left out without being under even a heating lamp. The chicken was over cooked. The egg rolls were not even warm. The chicken and green beans bowl we ordered had barely any chicken. This was the first time we tried Panda in years because our daughters wanted to try Chinese food and we thought we would try the drive thru. I was wrong. I should have listened to my inner voice that tried to remind me that I didn’t like it years ago.

Went to Panda today and was overcharged. When I called them out, they didn't do anything to fix it, and proceeded to tell me I was wrong. It's clear that the cashier had not been properly trained to ring up my meal. Check your receipts or avoid this location.

Went to this Panda Express for lunch. Simple order-2 bowls with orange chicken and white rice. Waited at the speaker for 4 minutes before someone spoke to me. Finally got up to the window and two associates were having a personal conversation with many explicit words being exchanged. Got my food and went back to work only to notice one bowl has 6 pieces of orange chicken. Tried calling the store now 3 times and it rings until voicemail.

Worst place to order online.. after I order online I get an email saying pick up at sometime, when you go on time then Lobby is closed.. you have to go in drive thru to pick up your order.. which takes another 1 hr.. as each car takes at least 10 min to handle.. why someone would take orders online if they can’t make it as mentioned in confirmation emails.. when I go and ask.. they says, cancel your order or just wait.. I don’t have a 0 star, so going with 1.

We all got kids meals and it was plenty of food. The egg rolls were tasty too.

Apparently they didn't have enough orange chicken to give us a decent amount for our serving.

Extremely quick, wonderful service, fresh, delicous food! Highly recommend going to this location!!
