The pizza is really good. I just can't ever get them to answer the phone when I try to order pick up.
We always have great service here, and they make a really good gluten free pizza.

There is a reason the dining room is empty in a Friday night. As of the writing of this review, we have waited 45 minutes and still do not have our pizza.We went to the counter to inquire on our order & was told “the ticket reader ate some of the tickets” but, knowing this, they never checked to see if any of the 3 occupied tables hadn’t received their order. Asked to speak to the manager & the owner came over. She was anything but polite or professional. Told us we had two option 1) a refund or 2) we wait for our food.I will update with a review of the food….if we ever receive it.
We ordered a custom chicken pizza for my kid and we had to literally search each of the slice to find chicken in it and the best part is when I asked the one of the associates, she said it is stuffed inside the cheese and left.
I ordered the Gyro Sandwich...it was delicious.
First time ordering here and they messed up my order, i order a meat and cheese pizza and here it is a Mac and Cheese which i am allergic and the worst part is that i am at work I can't get out and now i don't have nothing to eat is not a $5 dollar pizza i had to pay for delivery and tips. in order to get my money back i have to wait 5 days come on!!!!! People ..... PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE ORDERS really y'all put me in a very uncomfortable situation!!! ??? y'all just loose a posible daily customer

I love Palio's Pizza, specifically the one in Allen on Custer and Hedgecox. The staff is the greatest, those kids work hard and are very respectful. The owners are very special people, their interaction with the customers makes for a great personal experience! In my personal opinion Palio's has the best pizza. So, if you want wonderful Pizza Palio's is a great place to get it!
Love their pizza especially margarita. However, their pizza is on the expensive side and that’s why I gave 4 instead of 5.
