Ordered some chicken fajitas, chicken & rice bowl plus tortilla soup. Chicken fajitas and bowl were alright but the tortilla soup was awful. Never had something like that before. Flavor was way too strong and ended up sick after. Wouldn’t recommend their soups at all.On the border chips are good though.

I was really not impressed with this location primarily due to our server. The restaurant wasn't busy at all but she was still inattentive. We ordered a queso fundido and had to tell her that it came with tortillas. At check out she tried to pocket $30 in cash as a tip instead of applying it towards the bill and putting the rest on our bank card. The overall bill was only $45 so I'm not sure how she figured the $30 cash would be a tip on a Monday night. We most likely won't be back.

I was impressed and delighted with the updated version of my old On the Border favorite- Tacos al carbon. They were just as delicious as I remember them, but made even better with the addition of cheese. The salsa served with the warm corn chips tasted freshly made and had the perfect amount of heat for this Texan. On the Border's refried beans are tasty and decadent with the generous addition of bacon and cheese.

Place needs help, I use to wait tables baryend, and all, I saw a couple customers walk out because they weren't getting waited on, is hard to get staff these days but, managers need to step up their game, food was great.

Service was great and the food was good. But the beef enchiladas were tiny, like they should be on the child's menu. The server was great, but when she brought our food, her thumb was buried in my fried rice!!! disgusting....also, one of the plates that was brought out for the queso, had dried food stuck to it...

Great overall experience. The staff is very Attentive, the food was great, the value with the rewards program is excellent. For the grade of restaurant, this is one of the best American Mexican food restaurants in the north Dallas area.

We were seated in the bar area and ignored or overlooked for 10 minutes. Figured we were in for a rough night. Then we got one of the best waitresses we've ever had and had a wonderful meal. Nice turn around.

It was a good birthday dinner. Waiter was good and quick at his job. Food was great and hot. Only thing is I guess I was under the wrong assumption that the queso club I get that for free but was charged twice for extra queso. Won't do that again. But good over all.

Moved to the area and gave this place a try and Jock our server was phenomenal! Amazing service and fast. Came back again this week just to see him again! Pleasant experience, highly recommend asking for Jock!

Food came on time for a catering event. The food was cooked well and was tasty. I ordered the taco and fajita bar, which is great as it gives everyone the option to personalize their lunches. Can’t ask for any better service from a catering standpoint!
