We had a great experience and dinner at the Olive Garden Restaurant today. The food was very good, fresh and warm. The service was just PERFECT!Our server Gregory C. was amazing - fast, friendly and very attentive!Thank you - we enjoyed our dinner and had a good time at your restaurant due to the perfect service.
Quality has gone downhill over the years (either that or my palate has matured beyond chain food).... Also, who's idea was it to add electronics to the table in an era where electronics is already an infestation in every other aspect of life? This seems odd, cold, disjointed, unwanted.... What's the word I'm looking for here?? When I take my family out for dinner, I want real human interaction, put the dang electronics away! Get it off my table. On a positive note, love the bread sticks and Alfredo sauce (when they're actually served hot.... And we don't have to wait on the sauce to be served 10 minutes after the bread was served).
Quite honestly I love Olive Garden but it seems everytime they seat us in the bar area the service is awful. The croutons in the salad were hard and the breadsticks were not hot but not cold. I did let her know and I just got a different kind of look and explanation.Several people brought drinks and food which was okay. I did let the front know when I left and I just got I'm sorry. Which working in customer service as a supervisor and a trainer for 30 years I figured from the response it wasn't going to do anything. But like I said at the beginning I do like Olive Garden and normally the service and the food is good but that's if we sit on the other side. And my favorite waiter there is Ryan.
This is completely unacceptable!!! We order from here because of it's close proximity to our home. This is the 3rd time, when we order food we always receive burnt chicken on the tour of Italy. Just because you burry it in cheese, the burnt/ tough chicken will certainely show once you attempt to bite into it. Well I called the restaurant, manager Steve apologized and took care of my complaints. As disappointed as I was when I started this review, because today happens to be my Son's birthday and Olive garden happens to be his favorite, talking to Steve and his professionalism turned my frown upside down. Now I just hope quality check before the food leaves your establishment is warranted. Travel time for to go orders is no excuse for below average/ burnt/ ill prepared food.
It was great! The food was as expected: good and hot and fresh. Some of the staff sang happy birthday to me and presented me with a free dessert with a lit candle. It was pretty awesome to spend my birthday at Olive Garden in Fairview, Texas with my family members.
The service was great. I give 4 stars because the menu is lacking. There used to be more variety. But this Asiago tortellini was absolutely delicious!
My experience with service was actually great. The food was okay but the aftermath was NOT!!!!! The food gave me instantly stomach issues. I don't know what they are putting into their food but whatever it is, they need to not do that ever again. Pasta with marinara and their salad should have NOT unsettled my stomach to THAT degree. Never eating there ever again!!! NEVER!!!
All the RGM's had our area meeting with the Owner of our franchise Pizza Hut and the Area Coach here. The wait time was 10 minutes; which could have been been longer for the time of day but totaling reasonable. Our waitress was attentive, qualified to handle our party of 8 and didn't make one mistake. Food was hot, tasty and all of our entrees came out together.Thank you Olive Garden for making our time enjoyable and delicuous. Would and do recommend this Olive Garden. Wish I could give you 10 stars.
Delicious food but wait time is more.
Great service.. food is served hot always.. Budget friendly. The portions are super huge.. I have never finished all of my food in one sitting.
