This place has gone down hill fast. Tried to call them with a complaint and phone is constantly busy. Our food server tonight seemed fine at first, however my husband ordered a simple gin and tonic and he had absolutely no idea what that was. He brought us 4 different drinks until he got it right. He then brought us the wrong spring rolls. He was completely clueless. We had to wave him down for napkins and silverware which he never brought us. For the next hour of our dining experience he socialized with friends and never came back to our table. We sat there for almost an hour trying to get his attention with absolutely no success. Requested a manger and he wasn’t even there.this was one of our favorite places in Allen to go to. Never will I go there again. Place is also very dirty. I saw children in the kitchen area which has to be a code violation. Very sad
Wish I could leave a lower star… this was some of the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. We made a reservation for hibachi for my friends birthday, they didn’t even do hibachi for us they just sent it out from the kitchen. They forgot our waters, the tea was cold, we had to explicitly ask about drinks and it took them forever for them to bring them to us, and the drinks were bad. They completely rushed us out of the restaurant and made the worst vibe possible… they kept just saying sorry to us as if that made any of it better. We paid $50 for one drink, subpar food and the worst service on this side of 75. Don’t go here if you want to enjoy yourself.
Not impressed with this place at all. The service was terrible. We were seated quickly but, sat waiting for someone to take our drink order for almost 20 mins. Once we got our order placed it seemed like it took even longer to get our food. Instead of bringing everyone's food out together they individually brought the food out making it hard to eat as a group. The last part was the real kicker, we came for sushi and ordered several roles. The server forgot to put in the order and when the sushi finally came out they forgot to mention they had put another sashimi on the same plate. All said and done, they didn't even offer to comp any of our items. Terrible service, drinks were awful, won't be coming back in the future.
I eat here regularly for lunch. Their rolls are outright AMAZING! I get the Sandy Roll. I'm not fond of the eels sauce or Tabiko but everything else on it is soooo gooood!

Stopped in for dinner while in town for an event. No wait - was seated right away and the staff was very nice and was quick to refill our drinks. The food was ok - in comparison to other Hibachi stops, it was very bland.
This place is surprisingly good! The spring rolls are nice and crisp, the onion soup has a nice flavor, and the hibachi lunch portions are generous. They offer lunch prices every day (weekends included). The service was excellent, and the atmosphere is very nice. We will definitely be coming back for lunch!
I get better quality sushi from a grocery store. Fish was bland and gross.Hygiene us horrible there. Bathrooms are absolutely revolting. No soap and dirty toilets.
It was my first time. I didn't like their food. Don't like how they serve their food in parts. I prefer everything at once and not eat rice while waiting for veggies.
